Perfektes Unterkunft für eine Stadtreise
Pros:

Es war alles perfekt, Das Hotel war etwas abseits vom Stadtzentrum, dafür haben wir kostenlosen Tageskarten vom Hotel erhalten. Personal super freundlich, alles sauber, sehr bequemes Bett. Ausstattung alles neu und alles modern.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat extra 21 Euro gekostet, ich finde es überteuert. Sonst alles gut.

Impresionante hotel 🌟
Pros:

Tiene unas vistas increíbles desde la habitación pero desde el restaurante es una auténtica pasada. El desayuno muy top, muy buena calidad.
La habitación cómoda y limpia.
El parking 5€ por día
Es bastante caro pero merece la pena

Cons:

Hôtel à fuir: punaises de lit trouées!!! Nous avons trouvé des punaises de lit dans notre chambre et avons demandé le remboursement de nos chambres. L'hôtel Cool Mama a non seulement refusé de nous rembourser mais nous a accuse de mensonge alors que nous avons envoyé les preuves (photos datés de notre séjour avec les bêtes dans le lit!) On marche sur la tête! Au retour des vacances nous avons du traiter les valises de 4 personnes et la voiture pour éviter un risque de contamination chez nous. Hôtel à éviter absolument.

Perfect verblijf voor een perfecte prijs
Pros:

Heel mooi keurig hotel, met nergens een stofje of viezigheid te ontdekken. Erg aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid en heerlijk, met mooi uitzicht.
Bedden perfect!
Echt een aanrader!

Cons:

De bar en restaurant waren niet open op zondag en maandag, dat was jammer

Mooi hotel maar niet op zondag/maandag
Pros:

Kamers zijn goed en de bedden zijn ook erg goed.

Cons:

Op zondag en maandag is het restaurant gesloten waar wij al rekening mee hadden gehouden.
Maar dat er helemaal geen mogelijkheid is om een drankje te drinken is natuurlijk absurd voor zo’n hotel.
De boodschap was dat we een mini bar op de kamer hadden, stond niet eens een wijn of bubbels in.
