The room size is good and close to my business
The food is bad the coffee is terrible and actually not coffee at all. The milk is extremly bad taste and the hot milk is cold. I could not drink one coffee during qll my stay and had to search a coffee outside. Very bad experience

Posizione,in quanto vicino a botteghe,locali e al centro commerciale "Green Plaza".L'albergo dispone di ampio parcheggio interno e di stringente servizio di sicurezza. Gradita la sorpresa di avere almeno due canali TV italiani.Struttura pulita,sala colazioni ampia così come varietà del cibo, sempre fresco, preparato e servito da professionisti. Per servizi extra (servizio auto, ecc), segnalo la competenza di Mahmoud,giovane impiegato dell'albergo che si mette sempre a disposizione.

The rooms are clean and new
Service needs a huge improvement. The staff needs to be more professional and attentive.
We regularly stay at Grand Plaza Hotel. The staff are warm and welcoming, the hotel is clean and the location is perfect for all local amenities in Alexandria.
Sadly, during this stay - our sleep was badly disturbed during both nights because of guests in the hallway yelling back and forth to each other, slamming doors etc in the early hours of the morning (1am, 2am, etc).
