I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Everything was comfortable, and the overall experience was very positive. I'd also like to give a special mention to Sara at the reception, who was welcoming, professional, and provided excellent customer service. She made the check-in process smooth and left a great first impression. I would happily stay here again.
