الفرف واسعه نوعا ما والطاقم متعاون

لا يرتقي بمستوى 4 نجوم مع الأسف البلكونه قذره وتم تنظيفها بعد ما طلبنا منهم وهذا في اليوم التالي والحما فقط رول ورق وشامبو وصابون ومناشف وهذا كل الفنادق حتى غير المصنفه توفرها نواقص كفندق 4 نجوم لا يوجد مجفف شعر ولا سليبرز الاعند الطلب ولا يوجد فرشاه أسنان او شفره حلاقة وغيرها كباقي الفنادق المصنفه 4 نجوم

Cons:

كانت أسوأ ليلة على الإطلاق . كنا في زيارة للإسكندرية لدخول ابني اختبار sat . و تصادف وجود رحلة خاصة فريق فتيات . كانوا غاية في الازعاج حتى الصباح . طلبنا في بداية الليلة تبديل الغرفة كي يتمكن ابني من النوم ليكون مستعد صباحا للاختيار . ولكن لم يكترث أحد وفضلوا عدم فتح غرفة مغلقة على مستقبل ابني . و ظل الصراخ و الجري في طرقات الفندق حتى ساعات الصباح الأولى .

بكل أسف نشعر بالاستياء الشديد خاصة أن ابني لم يستطع النوم ولو نصف ساعة قبل اختياره .
