room space was good and the location was ok.
Extreme heat indoors, a hotel building designed without ventilation or central A/C, instead there is a split A/C unit on top of the bed that lacks maintenance, and produces loud noise that makes sleeping a bad experience.
Also the housekeeping staff start too early and stay for hours on the floor while communicating with loud voice and making big noice.
Good price and location

I liked how quite the room was and the food was great and the receptionists they were really lovely
The tv the size and that the internet connection was slow
The hotel is exceptionally quiet, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. When we experienced an issue with our room, they promptly resolved it by upgrading us to a better room at no additional cost. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended
The only downside is that the location is a bit far from most restaurants and beaches, so transportation will be needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
