The hotel was absolutely nice and clean and with amazing service, great location close to the airport and with a delicious restaurant. We were helped from first moment and got help in getting to the airport on the day of our departure.
Room was clean and tidy.
The restaurant has delicious food and lot of vegetarian option too. Breakfast buffet was rich and with lot of variety.
During our stay personnel was lovely with us at all time, we were really glad to receive such a warm welcome.
Unfortunately my room was just underneath the restaurant so when personnel started preparing breakfast service very early in the morning I could hear every noise coming from upstairs. My colleague had a room on the same floor and slept perfectly, so I am sure that the issue is limited to very few rooms.

This very charming and welcoming hotel.Staff also so friendly,specially F& B Service Team and Front office they are amazing..we really enjoyed our moments.. There breakfast buffet items was so good and lots of variety option..

Staff & Environment
Shampoo quality not good
A number of items didn't work properly and needed to be replaced. The iron leaked and cable too short, the first kettle didn't work, the second kettle didn't boil properly. The flush was too weak, the shower was too weak. The mattress wasn't as clean as expected and we asked management to vaccuum it.
