Habitació senzilla però amb tot l'equipament necessari i còmoda. Molt cèntric.

Cons:

En el meu cas, el balcó donava al pati comunitari i hi ha un gimnàs MOLT sorollós, fins i tot amb la finestra tancada. Per sort, acaben les activitats a les 21h.
MOLT difícil aparcar a la zona, però com tot el centre de Patras.
