In general we really like our stay in this hotel, I have recommended to some friends and family!

We really like the location and the facilities in the property.

Cons:

The last night and early the morning after we could hear a lot of notices happening in the dining area, like moving chairs and walking up and down the stairs no having consideration of the guess that we’re already sleeping.

Disfrutamos bastante la estadía en el hotel. La habitación bonita y cómoda, el personal amable, la ubicación excelente.

Las camas son muy duras, en la compra de la reserva decía que incluía el valor de la mascota y luego cobraron 70 mil. La señora dice que se puede llagar a cobrar costo igual si lo cobran y no tiene sitio ni para darles una vuelta no dan nada por los 70 sin son pet friendly deben adecuar los servicios para ellos no solo decir que si por cobrar. Solo nos entregaron 2 toallas grandes una de pies y la otra de cuerpo y éramos 2 . Adicional la habitación no entra ventilación aunque tenga ventana no circula el aire se ahoga uno adentro el desayuno dice buen desayuno y te ponen a escoge o caldo o huevos sólo una cosa la noche cuesta casi 300 mil muy caro para el servicio recibido en el baño no ponen vasos para tomar agua

La ubicación es excelente. Comodidad y limpieza.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien. Pero la estación de café puede mejorar. Que sea café real o instantáneo y más porque hay muchos turistas extranjeros

Alojamiento recomendable
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, ya que queda a pocos minutos andando de atractivos turísticos como la plaza principal y el museo de chocolate. En cuanto a la atención del personal, el alojamiento y su estado no tenemos ningún inconveniente.

Cons:

Como puntos negativos, nos gustaría mencionar que el desayuno era un poco escaso y que la habitación no tenía ventilación ni dos áreas independientes, por lo que al utilizar el jacuzzi toda la habitación se llenó de vaho y aumentó la temperatura considerablemente. Habríamos abierto las ventanas para airear la habitación pero había mosquitos.

Cons:

El ruido de la habitación las dos noches que me quede fue impresionante, esto ya que la habitación estaba ubicada sobre la calle. También la falta de empatia en el último día en donde estaba en carrera de ciclismo y me cobraron multa a pesar de que logre expresar que me demoraba un poco y aún así no hubo compresión y me cobraron la multa casi del valor de una noche.

Pros:

Ubicación. Muy céntrico
Habitación comoda y muy limpia.
Desayuno rico

Cons:

Un poco de ruido por parte de otros huéspedes.
El parqueadero es muy pequeño y si uno viaja en vehículo grande tipo camioneta, es incómodo.
