Excelente estancia
Pros:

Instalaciones muy agradables y aseadas. Una buena vista desde la terraza trasera. Excelente ubicación. Cuenta con parqueadero privado.

Cuidado! No saben gestionar una habitación

Reservé 3 noches, al llegar me asignaron una habitación cerca a la entrada por lo cuál pedí me cambiaran a otra con menor ruido. En principio recibí un upgrade a una suite, y me dijeron que si no usaba la chimenea o el jacuzzi no tendria cobró extra. Me confirmaron que no habria problema ni cargos extras para las 3 noches, sin embargo al 3er dia me señalan que era necesario moverme de habitación, pues la habian rentado la suite. En principio no vi problema, pensando me movian a otra habitación del mismo hotel, pero me dijeron no tenian disponibles y que debía irme a otro hotel. Eso implicó cambiar de planes, perder tiempo con maletas y aceptar una habitación en un hotel de menor categoría y de menos estandares a los contratados. La verdad les falta tener un mejor servicio al cliente, es muy familiar la administración y quién hizo las asignaciones era menor de edad, y por lo problemas que presenté, entiendo sin preparación alguna. La verdad, aunque intentaron solucionar sus propios errores, les falta claridad, profesionalismo y se ufanan de tener una buena calificación, pero por lo visto y lo vivido, no la merecen

In general we really like our stay in this hotel, I have recommended to some friends and family!

We really like the location and the facilities in the property.

Cons:

The last night and early the morning after we could hear a lot of notices happening in the dining area, like moving chairs and walking up and down the stairs no having consideration of the guess that we’re already sleeping.

Las camas son muy duras, en la compra de la reserva decía que incluía el valor de la mascota y luego cobraron 70 mil. La señora dice que se puede llagar a cobrar costo igual si lo cobran y no tiene sitio ni para darles una vuelta no dan nada por los 70 sin son pet friendly deben adecuar los servicios para ellos no solo decir que si por cobrar. Solo nos entregaron 2 toallas grandes una de pies y la otra de cuerpo y éramos 2 . Adicional la habitación no entra ventilación aunque tenga ventana no circula el aire se ahoga uno adentro el desayuno dice buen desayuno y te ponen a escoge o caldo o huevos sólo una cosa la noche cuesta casi 300 mil muy caro para el servicio recibido en el baño no ponen vasos para tomar agua
