Pros:

Nathalie and the staff were amazing!! So kind and willing to provide trip advice and help whenever needed. The property was perfectly clean, comfortable, and spacious for myself and my wife for our honeymoon stay! The location was great being only a minute or two walk to the main harbor strip. Would definitely come back!

Superb location. Lovely view.

Cons:

Not a big problem for us, but extensive walk from our taxi dropoff and two flights of external stairs would be a challenge for some people with their luggage.

Such an incredible place to stay!
Pros:

What an amazing apartment! Wish we could have stayed for weeks. It was so very comfortable, the views were amazing, in the heart of old town, so very clean, snacks, fruit, coffee, tea, etc. It was great having a wash machine. We loved everything about it including the communications with Nathalie. She was so great and helpful and very generous with check out time since no one else was checking in that day. They thought of everything….loved loved loved it!

Comfortable and well equipped in great location with outstanding service
Pros:

Castle mansions is perfectly located in Naxos town— walking distance to the ferry, the old town, loads of restaurants and shops. Our unit had 2 balconies with great views. The beds were great , the shower had terrific pressure, and the fruit, snacks and general provisions were generous. The service was outstanding— when we mentioned we wanted to use one of the sofas as a bed, it was instantly transformed with a mattress topper and sheets. The shutters and double glazing keep out any street noise.

Week in Naxos
Pros:

Good location, not far from the port, close to good restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile helping with heavy suitcases and getting the room ready early for us. We had a lovely sea-view room with balcony. Could have room made up and fresh towels daily if required.

Cons:

The bathroom we had was a little bit on the small side but we did have plenty of hot water and extras like soap and shampoo.

If you go to Chora, this is the place to stay. You won’t find anything better.
Pros:

The location is amazing. Right in the centre of Naxos. The apartment is beautiful. And you get to see a sunset every night.
