Pros:

Établissement est tout à fait merveilleux. Nous avons eu un service hors-pair. Ils nous ont même donné la plus belle chambre à coucher. Nous avions toutefois réservé une très belle chambre, mais celle-ci elle était spectaculaire. Nous avions jamais été dans une chambre luxueuse de notre vie. Nous avons été traité comme des rois. Tout était parfait.

Ada merkezine yakın, otel araç kiralaması yapmazsanız veya taksi kullanmak istemezseniz, sizi almak için yardımcı oluyor, tesis orta büyüklükte güzel dizayn edilmiş butik otel mantığında ve oldukça kaliteli, biz balayı çifti olarak gittik bize sürpriz yapıp ücretsiz olarak oteldeki kendine ait havuzlu odalarından birinde konaklamamızı sağladılar, ayrıca spa indirimi ve odamıza ikramlarda bulundular. Ses yalıtımı, temizlik ve odaların konforu çok güzel, yatakları çok konforluydu. Yemekleri de gayet çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Kendine ait büyük bir otopark alanı mevcut ayrıca otelin kendine ait güzel bir plajı var.

We had a really great stay and would recommend the hotel, sadly the weather was not good
Pros:

Room was excellent, we had the penthouse and was great size and facilities. service was really good and very friendly. Food Menu and quality of food was decent.

Cons:

Only thing to improve is somewhere to hang your towels and perhaps fresh milk for the fridge. Wish wine tasking was during the week as well not just weekends.

Breath taking veiws, exception customer service & beautiful stay
Pros:

I loved everything about Lango. The customer service is exceptional! The staff there are absolutely amazing. Maria and Zanette, made my stay so special and I didn’t want to leave! They informed me on so much regarding the hotel facilities aswell as kos town itself ! Which was all very handy! Never been taken care as much as I had here and will stay at Lango over and over again! The breakfast was just so tasty and veiws were breathtaking! The location of the hotel itself is perfect . 15 min walk from supermarket and 30 min walk to the town so no need for transport but right outside Lango they have some scooters which is handy . You’re right on the private beach and it was just so tranquil. Used the spa facilities too and hands down the best massage I’ve received from Maria the masseuse ! My penthouse suite was just 10/10 and would recommend, so clean and personalised to your fancy! The views are just out of this world and I just felt right at home! Was welcomed with lovely treats that made my trip even more special. Lango itself is so beautiful and clean and everything has been well thought out! Overall I’ve stayed at many of place but hands down Lango stole the show ! The place is wonderful but more than anything the staff take it to another level! Will miss Lango and Kos :) but will be right back x

Lango is een geweldig hotel
Pros:

Het personeel as super en probeerde je in de watten te leggen. Schone kamers en een geweldig ontbijt

Cons:

De locatie viel tegen. Wij dachten op Kos te gaan fietsen maar dit kun je met alle respect geen fietseiland noemen hoor. Je hebt ca 5 km fietspad en dan houdt t wel op.

Amazing Stay
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic. To start the staff provided exceptional service, they were incredibly friendly and made plenty of personal touches that made the stay more comfortable. The rooms were incredible, with very comfortable beds, a pillow menu available and great bathroom facilities as well as phenomenal views over the ocean . The gym and spa facilities available to guests were also a very welcome inclusion.

Pros:

Where to start, our stay at Lango was absolutely sensational. My wife and I booked a week away looking for total relaxation and we couldn’t have booked a better hotel or location. It’s hard to describe the vibe of Lango but it’s just so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. It has a very Zen quality which is exactly what we were looking for. All of the staff were amazing and exceptionally helpful but a special mention for Zinet and Alexandra who exude a warmth and friendliness that makes you feel so welcome. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. I would highly recommend Lango. We will be back!!

Pros:

Het was prachtig. Personeel was zo behulpzaam, zo vriendelijk. Locatie kan gewoon niet beter. Wauw! Heerlijk ontbijt, heerlijk diner. Heerlijke strandbedden. De spa is heerlijk. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Pros:

Calm and relaxing place, located just outside Kos Town — having a car is definitely recommended if you want to explore the area. The beach in front of the hotel is wide and beautiful, perfect for morning walks or relaxing by the sea. The swimming pool area is stunning and very well maintained — a great spot to unwind during the day. Overall, it’s a peaceful and elegant hotel.

Cons:

In our opinion, the hotel corresponds more to a 4-star property rather than a 5-star one. The price–quality ratio was not right, and the staff didn’t seem well trained.

During dinner at the hotel restaurant (where the prices are comparable to a Michelin-star restaurant in Amsterdam), the waitress was repeatedly shouting to her colleague just behind my back, which made the experience very unpleasant.

Another time, around 10 p.m., a glass cup accidentally fell and broke on the tiled floor in our room. When we called reception to ask for cleaning, the lady at the desk told us that no one could come until the morning. We had to clean the glass ourselves with tissues, which was quite shocking for a hotel of this category.

The room service food was also disappointing — the Caesar salad and club sandwich were both covered in excessive mayonnaise, and the salad did not taste fresh. The room itself looked worn out: the black coating on the bathroom taps was peeling off, the cup holder was detached from the wall, and some other details were broken or damaged.

Breakfast was another letdown. We tried coming both early and later in the morning, but all egg dishes were always cold, the Greek yogurt was warm, and we even spotted dead flies in some of the honey pots. The charcuterie selection was of poor quality — mostly very fatty, cheap-tasting salami — which was surprising, considering the abundance of delicious local products available in supermarkets nearby.

Overall, while the hotel has a calm atmosphere and a beautiful design, the service, food quality, and maintenance are far below what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel and the prices charged.
