Sehr freundliches Personal, Alles ist grosszügig und qualitativ hochstehend.
Sehr gute Küche. Wir haben ungefragt ein Zimmerupgrade gekriegt.
Die Portionen des schmackhaften Essens waren für uns fast zu gross. Eine Portion für 2 ist genug.
Schade, dass die Zubringerstrasse zwischen dem Hotel und dem Strand verläuft.
Beautifully designed with great pool and beach access
Ein rundum perfektes Hotel. Der Komfort ist einmalig, wunderschönes Design, Pool und Strandbereich sind ganz toll. Es ist sehr ruhig trotz der kleinen Straße zwischen Strand und Hotel. Wir hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade und bekamen ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit sehr sehr großem Zimmer und großem Balkon. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir waren im Oktober dort, sodass es auch in der Umgebung recht ruhig und leer war, aber trotzdem alle Restaurants geöffnet hatten.

Had the most amazing stay for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond. Complimentary room upgrade, late check out and a wonderful surprise on arrival and to congratulate us (including the best chocolate cake I've ever eaten, and chocolates my favourite). Staff were so attentive.
Food in the restaurant was amazing and the breakfast selection was surprisingly good for a smaller hotel. Quality overall was superb.

The hotel facilities were great. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was well kept and not too busy. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices available. The welcome bottle of wine in our room was a nice touch.
I must say that out checkin and checkout experience was awful.
On arrival, we were asked to pay for the full stay, even though we'd already paid a 50% deposit. We were told if we wanted a show around the hotel we'd have to wait until thr morning. Even though we were then made to wait 15 minutes before being able to get to our room.
On checkout i was presented with a bill with no breakdown of costs. When I asked for a receipt I was told that I would have to wait.
Felt like they were more interested in taking my money that ensuring I had a good stay.
Location was a bit isolated, with no bikes available to hire from the hotel, or taxis available.

Que dire de cet hôtel si ce n'est que tout est parfait : le personnel est adorable (petite surprise dans la chambre tous les jours), la piscine est magnifique, le Spa est génial et super moderne (J'ai fait un traitement + massage de 2h c'était un régal), le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et délicieux et le restaurant est également excellent.
En plus de cela la cerise sur le gateau j'ai eu la chance d'être surclassé dans une magnifique suite, encore merci pour ça ! <3
Bref un hôtel moderne, confortable et avec tout ce qu'il faut ! je recommande à 100% si vous êtes à Kos.
Micro bemol : c'est un peu loin du centre à pied mais vous avez des trotinettes partagées accessibles autour de l'hôtel et sinon il faut louer un vélo ou un scooter. (C'est de toute façon mieux pour explorer l'ile et l'hôtel peut arranger ça pour vous)
De mon côté j'avais un scooter donc c'était niquel tout est accessible en 5 min.

The bed was uncomfortable - worn and uncomfortable mattress. Some of staff seemed out of their depth for 5 star hotel, especially at reception

We had a room over looking the pool, which was pleasant to see from the balcony. The pool has two spa pools with bubble jets, on each side of the pool. Very relaxing. The facilities are very clean and staff is extremely helpful to accomodate all needs. We were able to use the facilities until 4.30 pm after our check out at 11 am, with towels, lockers and shower made available to us. The Spa is amazing. I would strongly recommend the couples massage provided by two lovely experts; Georgia and Anastasia. 1.5 hours long and value for money. The breakfast was superb with all sorts of alternatives whether you like continental, Mediterranean with pastry, sweets and plenty of healthy choices too. The beach is also a great alternative with sun beds and great sunsets right across the hotel.
There is nothing I can think of that we disliked. All was in place, the greeting, the stay, the food, the spa and pool were all that we were looking for. Well done.
