Great location and good access to the city. Feysol was really helpful in assisting us in getting us all settled in.
Pros:

Good location and great family rooms

Cons:

The smoking rooms need to go. The tobacco smell gets sucked up by the rooms and the smell is not acceptable.
Client can go outside the hotel on the ground floor to smoke.

Pros:

Our experience at the hotel was amazing thanks to the wonderful staff. Ziaur Rahman and one other staff as an F.O supervisor (forgot his name) & chefs were incredibly welcoming and made sure every meal was delicious and fresh. A special mention to Mostafa, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed — truly exceptional service. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding hospitality!
