Ottima posizione,cambio giornaliero asciugamani e prodotti bagno.bel balcone con tavolino e sedie.A due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia di kos town.La disponibilita' e la gentilezza della signora.

Sanki kendi evizde Gülşen abla ve Halil Bey ile yaşıyormuş gibi tertemiz, konforlu, tüm ihtiyaçlarınıza karşılık veren, lokasyonu harika olan bütçe dostu işletme. Hatta işletme demek bile haksızlık olur, Kos'taki eviniz. Sabah kahvaltılarında Gülşen Abla'nın yaptığı kekler mis gibi anne keki...Kos'a her gelişimde kalacağım yer. Türkiye'de bile çoğu otelde oda temizliği İki günde bir iken hergün oda temizliği yapılıyor.

Hotels best not always good enough.
Pros:

Convenient location, very good breakfasts. Staff genuinely wanted guests to be happy. Relaxed friendly atmosphere.

Cons:

Cigarette found under bed in a non smoking room.

Standard of room didn’t match the level of luxury I hoped for when I decided to pay more for hotel.
Other apartments were in reality superior. & lower in cost.Hotel Manager did his best to ensure I was happy.

Great value for the price!
Pros:

Great stay

I really enjoyed my stay! Everything was great, especially the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent location. The beach and the city center are both very close, which was really convenient. Everything was clean, comfortable, and overall just perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The bed could be a little more comfortable.

İletişimi ve ulaşımı kolay
Pros:

Feribottan indikten sonra kısa bir yürüyüşle kolayca otele ulaştık. Henüz check-in saati gelmemiş olmasına rağmen valizimizi bırakıp mayolarımızı giyerek plaja gidebildik. Otelden ayrılırken de aynı şekilde feribot saatine kadar valizimizi otelde bıraktık, böylece vakit kaybı yaşamadık ve kolayca gezebildik. İkinci katında iki gece kaldığımız odada havlu ve yatak takımı iki kez değişti; odamız temizlendi. Evet: Taharet musluğu :)
Gülşen Hanım ve Halil Bey samimi ve rahat ama ilgili tavırlarıyla bize yardımcı oldular, teşekkür ediyoruz.

Cons:

Odada üstüne valizimizi koyabileceğimiz bir yer olsaydı iyi olurdu, talep etseydik belki temin edilirdi, sandalye üstüne koyarak idare ettik.
Klima doğrudan yatağa yönelik soğuk hava verdiğinden hastalanabileceğimiz endişesiyle kullanamadık, balkon kapısı açık olarak uyumak zorunda kaldık.
Yandaki kilisenin çan sesini bir kez duyduk, bizi rahatsız etmedi.
Bu iki çok önemli olmayan sorun dışında bir şey yaşamadık.

Konumu gerçekten iyiydi. Özellikle tuvalette taharet musluğu olması inanılmaz iyi bir imkan. Buzdolabı var, koşullarda yazmıyorlardı. Temiz durumda

Cons:

Banyoda suyu engelleyen cam paravan olmadığı için biraz ıslanma sorunu oldu perde kesinlikle değil ama bi çözüm daha iyi olur. Ek olarak 3 gece kaldık havlular arada değişmeliydi bence.

1. Odlična lokacija: Sve je na par minuta hoda, od plaže do samog centra grada.
2. Čistoća i udobnost: Soba u hotelu bila je izuzetno čista, kupaonica uredna, a madrac jako udoban.
3. Brza komunikacija: Iako nema stalnog osoblja na recepciji, vlasnik brzo odgovara na poruke i dolazi po potrebi.
4. Ljubaznost domaćina: Vlasnik nam je izašao u susret i premjestio nas u rezerviranu sobu te nam jednu noć ustupio svoje privatno parkirno mjesto.
Omjer cijene i kvalitete: Odličan dojam za hotel s 2 zvjezdice.

Cons:

1. Pogrešan smještaj na početku: Prvu noć dobili smo apartman uz kuhinju i prostorije za osoblje umjesto rezervirane sobe.
2. Tehnički problemi u apartmanu: Klima nije radila kako treba, a vrata su se jako teško zatvarala i zaključavala.
3. Neugodni mirisi: Balkon u sobi nismo mogli držati otvorenim zbog jakog mirisa kanalizacije izvana.
4. Ograničena radna snaga: Recepcija nema stalno zaposlenu osobu (24/7), pa je prostor često prazan.
