Not as we expected especially as we paid in full in advance
Cons:

We had paid for the rooms in advance and when we arrived, we found out that they had sold our rooms to another customer. It was mentioned that was because we were only booked in for 1 night. We were walked round the corner to another hotel instead. It was very disappointing service.

Pros:

Otel çok temizdi, odalar her gün temizleniyordu. Konumu çok merkezi, limandan inince yürüme 5 dk, etrafı kafe ve restoran dolu. Merkeze de çok yakın. Otel sahipleri çok misafirperver ve yardımcı

Posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti dal porto.
Il proprietario (o colui presente in reception) molto gentile e disponibile ad un late check-in.
La signora che preparava la colazione era molto carina e portava a tutti i tavoli cose che aveva appena fritto.

Cons:

La colazione ha un prezzo aggiuntivo di 10 euro a persona, se siete persone che sono abituate a fare una colazione “dolce”, non fa al vostro caso.

Kos afasında güler yüz, rahat bir ortam ve harika bir kahvaltı arıyorsanız tam da doğru adrestesiniz

Gülşen ablanın kahvaltıları her daim 10 numara. Kesinlikle kilo alıp dönüyorsunuz. Herşey mükemmel.

Different room than the one I booked
Pros:

Once I was given the room I had actually booked it was ok, even if a bit overpriced.

Cons:

Arrival experience was not nice at all. I was initially given a room different from the one I had booked (I had booked a double room and I was given a single room at the top floor of the hotel next to the laundry room and the house where some of the staff lives, with views to the satellite antenna and the hanged bed sheets) and when I raised this up I was told other guests needed the double room I had booked and that since I was only one person I did not need more. Apparently, those other guests occupying my room had missed their flight, but reading comments from other travellers it seems that this is something that they do relatively often. After arguing with them, they agreed to change me to the room I had actually booked, but only from the second night of my stay onwards, so the first night I had to spend it in the single room but having paid the double room price. No apologies were ever given and it was basically implied that I was being difficult. This is not acceptable.
