L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien situé, avec une vue superbe et une atmosphère calme et reposante. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Le service est de grande qualité, que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant ou dans les espaces communs. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté, le confort, la qualité du petit-déjeuner et l’attention portée aux détails. C’est un établissement que je recommande vivement pour un séjour de détente à Bouznika. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Son attitude donnait l’impression qu’elle se considérait comme la propriétaire de l’établissement, avec un manque de respect évident envers certains clients et membres du personnel. De plus, son comportement peu professionnel, comme le fait de mâcher du chewing-gum en permanence, ne correspond pas aux standards attendus dans un hôtel de cette catégorie. Étant donné la réputation du groupe Marriott, je m’attendais à un niveau de professionnalisme beaucoup plus élevé. J’espère que cette remarque sera prise en considération afin d’améliorer la qualité du service .

Excellent location by the sea though sad apocalyptic view of a string of derelict boarded up dilapidated hotels.

Excellent service by Reception (Haroun) and Restaurant (Ahmed). They were in another league.

APPALLING service in the launge bar: the chaps have no idea. I asked for lemon in my G&T and he poured lemon JUICE in my drink. The atmosphere of a McDonalds take away in a provincial railway station. On a rainy night.

Oh, I asked for a Scotch and the bartender grabbed a bottle of Johnny. I said that should do and winked. Then he spotted my all inclusive bracelet and he went oh, you’re only entitled to this kind, and got a local kind of blended whiskey from somewhere. Needless too say, I avoided the bar like my tax office for the rest of my stay.
Really cold and unfriendly bunch; I talk more to my dentist.

Poor room cleaning: been changed the bedsheets and towels once in two weeks. Been told off for drying the towels on the balcony. It’s forbidden!

AMAZING kitchen. Dozens upon dozens of delicious dishes. Good plentiful light wines and excellent service. The pancake lady spotted I like MSM and dhe always had one sizzling up for me.
Restaurant Reception Lady always greeting my party of four with a warm smile. She ain’t gonna stick around for long.

Security Lady and Doorman were wonderful, just wonderful.

Oh and the Entertainment team were AMAZING: creative, friendly, arty and vibrant.

For them and Haroun, Ahmed and all, we will go back! Thank you to all.
