Don't stay there if you plan to arrive outside manned reception time
Pros:

Location is good.
All the rest cannot be properly scored as the hotel did not let us stay in the booked and paid room, see below.

Cons:

Key should have been deposited for us to access at midnight (as agreed in chat beforehand), but it has not. No one to reach at midnight. Both emergency numbers unanswered. Had to stay in another hotel nearby. Next day we had to deal with a very unfriendly receptionist. Got a phone call from hotel boss after two days promising the money back for the other hotel. Then we got effectively ghosted - no answer in chat, on the phone, via email. I had to threaten legal action in a letter (which they first denied to have received) before I got less then half the money back I had to spend for the other hotel.
This was well shortened, but everything is documented.
I can't recommend staying there, at least if you're planning to arrive outside of manned reception times.

Es gibt noch ein zweites Hotel Neutor ggü. Leider verwechselt. Dieses ist schon in die Jahre gekommen

La vicinanza con il centro ,la colazione abbastanza abbondante

Cons:

Il personale alla reception non sa l'italiano, non puliscono bene le camere, la colazione è sempre quella non cambiano mai
