ロケーション抜群でスタッフは親切だが、老朽化が激しい
Pros:

朝食はビュッフェで、4つ星ホテルのスタンダードな朝食だが、19ユーロはかなりお得な値段だと思う。スタッフはみんな親切で、Salzburg Mobility のチケットもメールで連絡したら事前に送ってくれる。ロケーションは最高（祝祭劇場から徒歩5分）で、周囲は比較的静か。部屋の大きさも棚の収容キャパシティも充分。

Cons:

建物の老朽化だと思うが、部屋のブラインドが故障、セーフティ・ボックスは使えず（説明書きが要領を得ない＝ないボタンを押せと書いてある）。ロビーのコーヒー・ベンダーも滞在期間ずっと故障中。WiFi が弱すぎて使いものにならなかった。

Small details could improve a lot
Pros:

Location was good. Nice terrace and the blinds are great if you like to sleep in a dark room.

Cons:

The room was spacious and we had a nice terrace. Even though we asked for separate beds, they were put together and the pillows were way too old and fluffy. On the first morning I jumped in the shower, after I watered my hair I realized there was no shampoo, just soap, so my friend had to go to the rececption on the from building and ask for it. They told him the house keeper would bring it, but after half an hour I had to go myslef and look for her to ask myself. The water pressure was pretty bad as well.
The internet doesnt work at all. It connects but it lasts for a minute.

Guter Standard in bester Lage
Pros:

Die Lage zur Altstadt ist sehr gut, zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war guter Standard, aber wenig Obst und Gemüse, dafür Kuchen. Es gab auch einen Parkplatz im Hotel.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen, alles etwas abgenutzt, die Sauberkeit war auch nicht so gut. Am Abend viel Lärm auf der Straße.

Reggeli, a szállás elhelyezkedés a városközponthoz képest ragyogó!

Cons:

Parkolásér külön fizetni kell. Nincs kis hűtő a szobában, az ágy matrac kényelmetlen, lejt, ki van feküdve.

Das Hotel/Zimmer ist schon sehr abgewohnt. Fleckiger Spannteppich, Dusche in der Badewanne, durchgelegene Betten etc.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig und ideal für Festspielbesucher. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber.

Cons:

Die Betten waren sehr weich und der Ventilator im sehr warmen Zimmer unzureichend. Dass die beiden Betten aufgrund der Zimmergrösse nicht zusammenstehen würden, wurde vorher nicht kommuniziert. Bei der einzigen Zimmerbeleuchtung (eine Tischlampe) musste manuell der Stecker bedient werden, eine Deckenlampe gab es nicht.
