For us a nice change of scenery
Pros:

That it was in a beautiful setting and close to the airport. Easy to visite other parts of the country. My husband enjoyed the sauna. The people at the front desk are most helpful and do all they can to make your stay agréable 👍

Cons:

The service was not very good why because these people do not understand and bring you surprsing things you never asked for or they just Forget what you ordered and you need to ask more than once. The washing of clothes is poor ( clothes never came back)

Great visit in Perast and surrounding areas
Pros:

Wonderful location, great service, room was very nice and spacious, with great views. Wonderful breakfast and great access to the sea. Staff was very nice. The property is a great place to visit Perast and the surrounding areas, much better than Kotor!

The tap water in the room was very salty, probably due to desalination ?

Not the experience you expect from the hype!
Pros:

Positives are that rooms are generously sized and mostly well appointed. They are also very quiet and the hotel is generally very well maintained and clean.

Sunbeds on the bathing deck are comfortable and generally there are enough.

Breakfast was OK and the options of freshly cooked eggs is good.

Unfortunately there are a number of negatives that mean this hotel is not a top class establishment as the price suggest, and management would like you to think:

Many rooms have no view other than a wall, or restricted views that are not as suggested on the hotel website. It was actually quite depressing to spend time in a room in glorious sunshine, with small windows and “false” windows as suggested by a fully curtained wall.

Housekeeping is haphazard - cleaning was often only done by 5pm. We had evening turndown once in 9 days - it wasn’t clear why but didn’t bother us that we didn’t have it other days.

If you expect clean bedding every day, it’s not an option.

Bottled water is provided in measly amounts - 25cl per person per day. Given the briny tap water, this is not acceptable.

Rooms are more akin to a city centre hotel, with no drying facilities for gym and swimwear that comes with a waterside summer holiday, so you continually have damp clothes hanging around the room!

Most annoyingly, the €15 parking charge which you only find out about as you pull up in your hire car. Nowhere are you informed in advance.

Overall, this is not a top class hotel but nicely designed and has some really positive aspects. Management are evasive and hide behind front desk staff, who work hard to be professional. I don’t think there is any real interest in receiving constructive feedback. It certainly isn’t the standard to many other hotels we have been lucky enough to experience in our travels.

Perfect stay in Perast
Pros:

Perfection. They offered us a free room upgrade. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and super clean. The staff was kind and attentive to our needs. Restaurant Riva offers delicious food and it is just next to the pool and the beach area, so it is perfect for a quick waterfront lunch. We decided to stay one more day in this paradise on earth and it was absolutely worth it. We had the opportunity to enjoy a boat tour, nice food and a summer relaxed atmosphere. I think it’s the best that Perast can offer.

Amazing, but…..
Pros:

Currently staying at the hotel. Amazing property in an unbelievable location. Service on the dock is slow, not the fault of the wait staff, they are outnumbered, one server to 50 or so guests. Courtyard service stops at 11:00pm, even for hotel guests. Can’t even get room service. Then Bart Simpson turns up and starts hosing down the courtyard area and dealing with the sewage issue so you leave. Shame. Promised so much and almost delivered.

Private location! Beautiful property! The most amazing indoor swimming pool and fantastic place to get a massage. I crossed the hotel who’s the outdoor swimming pool and immediately Kotor bay

Cons:

Отель при всем своем величии больше выезжает на имени чем на сервисе. Отель явно не 5ка, грязный пошарпанный ковролин в номере, протекает полотенцесушитель в номере, все немного подустало. Утром на завтраке я сам подавал себе вилки ложки потому официанты очень медленные и их нет, грязные затасканные меню. За качеством еды особенно никто не следит, фрукты в основном не спелые, мясо в пасте принесли с жилами , как такое мясо может вообще покупаться и быть в продукте? Официант увидела это , предложила комплимент, но это никак не меняет ситуацию, качество еды на 3, поэтому в основном все ужинают в других ресторанчиках, тут очень слабо, да и внешний вид официантов какой то потрепанный. Вид и расположение отеля потрясающее, очень много туристов, поэтому отель работает на имени и потоке , и он бесконечен, поэтому над сервисом можно не заморачиваться. За все время нахождения как была грязная центральная табличка отеля, так она и осталась.
