Lovely room with the view of the sea, great beach area and best location ever
Breakfast is a mess and lacks variety and high quality products. They should check who’s actually a guest and who’s coming from outside as anyway can enter the buffer and serve themselves without staff noticing.
Beautiful hotel with the most amazing location and views.
The small town of Perast is absolutely stunning and the hotel is an integrated part of it. Great private ‘beach’ and pool for hotel guest. Fabulous breakfast and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of dining options within a short walk.
Don’t miss the opportunity to boat to/from the airport in Tivat!

Pool boys were really passive when asking for new towels, free beds, drinks
Food was averge or even below average. Not 5 star worthy. Essentiel stuff missing like no standard pepper/salt, honey only 1 day available during out stay (??) e ery day multiple items on the menu were not available - this duting high season and at the beginning of the day … food was not constant: fi bruchettas were not made on the same bread every day wich was annoying when choosing suitable food for our little one.
Sandswiches were really poor and more fast food style which you buy on the street
Also pool/beach side could be better maintained (some broken beds without mattress) not OK for this type of hotel

From the very first moment of our arrival, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality, kindness, and exceptional professionalism. Every member of the staff was attentive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort.
The cuisine was absolutely outstanding. Every meal was beautifully prepared, delicious, and of the highest quality. Our room was immaculate throughout our stay, with housekeeping maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness and attention to detail every single day.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s beautiful private beach, where the comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, and peaceful atmosphere made every moment by the sea a pleasure.
Unfortunately, during our stay, our daughter suffered a heatstroke. It was at that moment that we truly experienced the remarkable professionalism and compassion of the hotel’s team. The staff responded immediately, providing first aid and bringing everything necessary to help her. As the ambulance was taking some time to arrive, the hotel did not hesitate to provide its own vehicle and personally drove us to the hospital without delay. Their quick response, genuine care, and willingness to help meant more to us than words can express.
We would especially like to thank the wonderful receptionist with the beautiful auburn hair. Her kindness, calmness, sincere compassion, and unwavering support during such a stressful moment will always remain in our hearts. She is a wonderful example of the outstanding people who make this hotel so special.
Despite this unexpected incident, our holiday remained truly wonderful thanks to the extraordinary care and dedication of the entire team. Heritage Grand Perast Hotel is a place where luxury is combined with genuine warmth, humanity, and impeccable service.
Absolutely beautiful, the setting is the best in Perast and there are other good ones to choose from.

Завтрак (я ВПЕРВЫЕ в жизни за много путешествий остался голодным). Ребята, испанский стыд за этот завтрак. Шведский стол очень скуден, блюда из меню завтраков невкусные.
Грубый персонал на завтраке. Прям недовольные дамы. На пляже за официантами надо бегать, они не вовлечены.
Вода в номере по 200 мл на человека. Отвратительно. Вода, ребята! Ну как так?

Номер: твердый матрас, скомканные подушки, шумные кондиционеры, банкетка у кровати в белых пятнах (даже не хочу думать что это)
Очень рад, что мы не согласились на ужин за 90 евро с человека (6 блюд и 1 стакан воды), уверена, это было бы полное разочарование.
We really enjoyed the hotel, so we decided to return on August 5 of the same year to celebrate our birthday there! I hope we'll be just as delighted as we were in May!
Great breakfast, attentive staff, delicious smells in the hotel! And in May, the staff only allowed guests to enter the hotel, so we hope that in August, it will be just as cozy and no one will bother the guests.

Yiyecek ve içeceklerUnfortunately, this was a disappointing dining experience. The table next to us was served bread and olive oil before the meal, but our table never received it, and no explanation was given. On top of that, my gnocchi and soup were served at the same time, which made the service feel rushed and uncoordinated. In a restaurant of this standard, courses should be served in the proper order so guests can enjoy each dish as intended. The food itself had potential, but the lack of attention to service and consistency significantly affected the overall experience. I hope the restaurant improves these details, as they make a big difference to the customer experience.

The pool/ seaside area could be a bit more spacious. However, it’s one of the few places with own Sun lounges and a pool! 😃

I'm not usually the type of person who leaves reviews, even though I travel a lot. But this vacation inspired me to do so, I literally just made this account and I'm writing this from my plane back home. I had an amazing time at Heritage Grand Perast. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Delicious food, kind staff. But I want to give a special shoutout to the reception team, particularly Sofija and Ognjen (I hope I am spelling their names right). They were so helpful and lovely to talk to, but even when they were not assisting me, it was a pleasure to watch them work. Always extremely professional and with smiles on their faces, even in the middle of the biggest rush and so many people demanding their attention. They will be a huge part of me deciding to come back here with friends, as this was a solo trip after a long time for me, that was made unique by their excellent service.
That it was in a beautiful setting and close to the airport. Easy to visite other parts of the country. My husband enjoyed the sauna. The people at the front desk are most helpful and do all they can to make your stay agréable 👍
The service was not very good why because these people do not understand and bring you surprsing things you never asked for or they just Forget what you ordered and you need to ask more than once. The washing of clothes is poor ( clothes never came back)
