Perfect
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was elegant, clean, and perfectly organized, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff.

A special thank you to Mrs. Katarina, the manager, who was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. Her dedication and care really stood out and made us feel genuinely welcomed.

Also, a big appreciation to Ilija, the bellboy, who was always kind, helpful, and ready with a smile. His positive attitude added a personal touch to our visit.

We truly felt valued as guests and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable stay - I can’t wait to come back, especially in the summer.
Pros:

My stay exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more special. The room had a beautiful balcony with an absolutely stunning view, and everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. Even though I only stayed for one night, I truly wish I had more time here. The hotel also has a fantastic restaurant that I highly recommend. Breakfast was incredible, served right by the sea with perfect weather - it honestly couldn’t have been better.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was excellent.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Boka bay for sure.
Pros:

The hotel looks great. It is really interesting that one of the hotels buildings is an 18th century palace. Everything is so clean, modern and spacious. The rooms are comfortable, big and with an amazing view on the Lady of the Rocks.

Cons:

There is only one thing we didn’t like and that’s breakfast. We really thought that a 5 star hotel would have a buffet and not a la cart menu. There was only one poor vegan option so we stayed hungry after the breakfast.
Everything else was amazing.

From the moment we pulled up to the entrance, we knew we were in for a treat. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (special shoutout to Ilija).
​The Room: Spotless, modern, and the bed felt like a cloud. We where upgrade with the sea view room and it was breathtaking.
​Breakfast: One of the best hotel spreads I’ve seen. The omelet was a highlight, and the coffee was actually high-quality.
​Pro-tip: Ask for a room on a higher floor to get best view. We can’t wait to come back!

Pros:

Прекрасное место, чтобы провести один-два дня в полном отвлечении от всего. Ресторан при отеле, это отдельный вид наслаждения. Неспешный завтрак, с большим выбором по меню. На ужине воспользовалась рекомендацией от официанта, все очень понравилось. Была не в сезон, поэтому пирсом воспользовались для созерцания закатного солнца, без людей и в тишине. Также воспользовалась услугами массажа в спа центре.

Мой отдых в этом отеле был по-настоящему восхитительным! С первых минут чувствовалось забота и внимание со стороны менеджеров отеля. Предложили очень красивый номер. За что отдельное спасибо! Очень много красивых фото сделала благодаря номеру.
Номер оказался просторным, чистым и очень уютным, с прекрасным видом и всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Уборка проводилась регулярно и качественно, что особенно приятно.
Отдельно хочется отметить ресторан и шеф повар, каждое блюдо это шедевр и в оформлении и в качестве приготовления, блюда. Завтрак очень впечатлил подачей блюд и все было очень вкусно, и всегда чувствовалось внимание персонала.
Территория отеля очень ухоженная, и красивая, с множеством мест для отдыха.
Благодарю всю Команду отеля за столь теплый прием! Спасибо! Сам город Пераст очень красив как ночью так и днем. Обязательно вернусь! Рекомендую!

Kao neko ko je tokom putovanja imao priliku da boravi u mnogim vrhunskim hotelima širom svijeta, rijetko me nešto može istinski iznenaditi. Upravo zato je moj boravak u hotelu Heritage u Perastu na mene ostavio tako snažan i poseban utisak. U srcu moje Crne Gore pronašla sam mjesto koje po kvalitetu usluge, ambijentu i atmosferi može da stane rame uz rame sa najprestižnijim svjetskim hotelima.
Već od samog dolaska osjeti se izuzetna posvećenost gostu. Ljubaznost koju sam doživjela zaista je bila na svim nivoima — od srdačnih momaka koji su nas dočekali na parkingu i organizovali prevoz do hotela, preko profesionalnog i toplog prijema na recepciji, pa sve do konobara i osoblja spa centra. Svako od njih svoj posao obavlja sa iskrenim osmijehom, poštovanjem i željom da gostu boravak učini savršenim.
Posebno želim da se zahvalim Katarini sa recepcije, čija je srdačnost i predusretljivost dodatno uljepšala naše iskustvo. Iako bih voljela da poimenično pomenem sve zaposlene, zaista bih se plašila da nekoga ne izostavim, jer je svaki član tima dao svoj doprinos da se osjećamo dobrodošlo i uvaženo.
Sam hotel je fantastično uređen, elegantan i izuzetno čist, sa posebnom dozom ekskluzivnosti koja gostu pruža osjećaj mira, komfora i istinskog uživanja. Lokacija je čarobna, a doručak raznovrstan i vrhunskog kvaliteta — savršen početak dana u jednom tako inspirativnom okruženju.
Boravak u ovom hotelu nije samo noćenje, već kompletan doživljaj kojem se rado vraćate u mislima. Sa sigurnošću mogu reći da je ovo jedno od onih mjesta koje ostaje u srcu i koje bih svima od srca preporučila.

good location, friendly staff, clean rooms and facility
Pros:

everything about the property was excellent. staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. even the manager came to meet us when we arrived to the hotel for check in. they left us a note in the room too. they are so considerate about even the little details. and everyone was able to communicate in english very well.

Cons:

there is nothing i did not like about the property. it's just that the location might confuse some newly comers. perast is a bit of a closed area for outsiders. you cannot get in by car, taxi or bus. we were a little bit confused when we first arrived with the bus and finding the hotel entrance with google maps. but it will not be a problem for the second time for sure.

היה לנו שהות ממש מדהימה במלון הזה.
Pros:

מלון פשוט מדהים ברמה גבוהה, אחד הטובים שהיינו בו. נמצא במבנה היסטורי מהמם, מלון מתוחזק ויוקרתי, החדר שלנו היה ענק, כל הפינוקים שאפשר לחשוב במלון יוקרתי . ארוחת בוקר מצויינת! הרבה מבחר יחסית לאירופה. העיירה פארסט , בחירה מצויינת למי שמחפש שקט,יוקרה ויופי שלא ניגמר, יש ממול העיירה את האי ששטים אליו. שמגיעים לחנייה בכניסה לעיירה(אסור להכנס עם הרכב) יש בחורים שנותנים שירותי חנייה מטעם המלון, ובאים לקחת אותך עם רכב גולף עד למלון.

יש ריח של ביוב ליד הבריכה, המים של הבריכה קפואים! חוץ מזה הכול היה מושלם
