Everything about the hotel was considered and of the highest standard. The staff were attentive and the facilities were excellent. I will definitely be going back.
Everything was excellent...
The breakfast was good but I felt the fruit and juices were not the best quality. I wasn’t a fan of the sausages or eggs either. I thought the regumare restaurant food was much better.
My room seemed to have some poor air at times. I thought it smelled like exhaust from a generator or big AC unit.
מלון פשוט מדהים ברמה גבוהה, אחד הטובים שהיינו בו. נמצא במבנה היסטורי מהמם, מלון מתוחזק ויוקרתי, החדר שלנו היה ענק, כל הפינוקים שאפשר לחשוב במלון יוקרתי . ארוחת בוקר מצויינת! הרבה מבחר יחסית לאירופה. העיירה פארסט , בחירה מצויינת למי שמחפש שקט,יוקרה ויופי שלא ניגמר, יש ממול העיירה את האי ששטים אליו. שמגיעים לחנייה בכניסה לעיירה(אסור להכנס עם הרכב) יש בחורים שנותנים שירותי חנייה מטעם המלון, ובאים לקחת אותך עם רכב גולף עד למלון.
יש ריח של ביוב ליד הבריכה, המים של הבריכה קפואים! חוץ מזה הכול היה מושלם

The hotel is beautiful, the scenery is stunning and the village has a handful of incredible restaurants but the days spent at the hotel suggested that the management didn’t care and the majority of the staff, with a couple of exceptions, were lazy and rude.
The life guard slept on the sunbed for most of the afternoon.
The waiter at the pool deck sat watching loud YouTube videos on his phone.
Some of the breakfast staff seemed to enjoy arguing with customers and saying no to simple requests like wiping a table, finding a menu of providing cutlery.
The towels were threadbare in the room, by the pool and in the spa.
There were constant complaints each time I walked through reception with people holding bundles of towels from their rooms.
There’s no bar for after dinner which was a shame as music in the courtyard or indoors would have been lovely.
We have just had a five day break in Perast, staying at the Grand Heritage Hotel and have loved our stay. The village is beautifully uncommercialised with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and sea scape.
The hotel is well- appointed, impeccably clean with friendly, professional and attentive staff - a true credit all round.
The breakfast buffet was expansive and beautifully presented, special mention at breakfast to Susan and Roselia, our lovely waitresses who made the experience very special.
All staff will make you feel very welcome at all times.
Our room was amazing with a lovely sea view and every amenity provided for.
The spa, pool and gym were an excellent feature with first class treatments available should you wish to indulge.
An outside terrace and pool complete your experience - highly recommended, we hope to return soon.

A lovely heritage hotel with an interesting history in a truly breathtaking location. We had a beautiful room with a side sea view. We loved having breakfast on the terrace, lazing in the lido
and drinks in the peaceful courtyard. A truly restful and restorative stay.
