Cheap, good value for money but hygiene was poor

The toilet had feces left in the toilet and the tap was broken. There was no hot water for a shower.

Already paid for 3 nights, so I must stay.
Pros:

Staff's are friendly, Room are Big, very good water supply in shower & everything is near by

Cons:

1) Smell in Main Entrance ( this is can't control by Hotel management, because its from drain & the hotel is near to local open market, which is called KACHABAZAR)
2) The Elevator is too slow & Dirty
3) The room is so much dirty, specially once touched the table sofas, full of dust.
4) The Room walls, Dirty & need to be painted.
5) Need to improve the food quality or chef
