I didn't like the fact of booking a room with Expedia and once we went to check in they told us "mistake, we don
't have available room for you.

The property manager was unresponsive and very unprofessional. After making the reservation on Expedia, I tried contacting the property manager at the number provided in order to access the unit and there was no response. Despite my calling several times and sending messages, me and my family was left in the middle of the night unable to access the property and use it. It caused a huge inconvenience. Not even the next day, was there a follow up by the property manager. Stay away from this property. On top of that, when I contacted Expedia to resolve the matter, they couldn’t help me and I was unable to use the property. And my refund request is denied. Utterly horrible customer service.

Great, clean and luxury appartement! Including a big pool, direct sea access. Great view! Really nice and helpful hosters!! Overall a really big recommendation from our side!!!

We had a fantastic week at Pontus apartments. The hosts are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. When we arrived they picked us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the area and apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and was set up with a cot for our 1 year old. Swimming pool was great and the location was perfect, just outside of the town (easy walking distance) with amazing views. Would highly recommend!

Fantastiskt fina rum, enormt serviceinriktade, fin pool & bra läge. Väldigt avkopplande och personligt ställe. Kommer absolut åka tillbaka!

The owners were really accommodating and helpful. Available when needed but also let you get on and enjoy the holiday. We were picked up and taken to & from the airport too which was very handy.

Rakennus ja huoneisto oli aivan uusi. Mukavat näköalat Tivatin lahdelle huoneistosta Blue. Sisälsi lentokenttäkuljetuksen. Itse kenttä on aika lähellä joten taksillakin pääsee halvalla, mutta kuljetus oli kuitenkin mukava lisä. Lentokentältä nousee noin kymmenen lentoa päivässä, joista aiheutuu hetkellisiä meluja. Lentomelu varsinaisesti häiritse, koska se on niin harvassa ja vain päiväsaikaan. Uimaallas on kohtuu pieni, mutta riittävä pulahtamiseen. Lepotuoleja ja varjoja riittää auringonottoon. Lähellä leipomo ja ruokakauppa. Lyhyt kävelymatka Tivatin keskustaan. Asunnon edessä oleva ranta on uimakelvoton, mutta lähellä mukava pieni uimakelpoinen ranta. Huoneistossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen omien ruokien valmistamista varten sekä pesukone pyykkiä varten. Ilmastointi ja lämmintä vettä hyvällä paineella, joten asunnossa kyllä kaikki tarpeellinen pitempääkin asumista varten. Autolle parkkipaikka suljetulla pihalla vaikkakin alue on hyvin rauhallinen eikä porttia sinänsä tarvitsisi.
