Good or I should say excellent but some services need to improve
Pros:

Every thing good n nice. Just if you call for any thing in room service may take an hour or hours.

Cons:

Staff not doing their thing. Might be because it was busy time of the year. So much crowd. But hats off to the the staff who really kept it up 🔝.

Sehr schöner Urlaub,für klein und groß.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich so das man nicht ständig am Büffet dasselbe Essen muss. Das komplette Resort ist familienfreundlich und vor allem die Mitarbeiter sowie die Frau Sanela an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren im Gebäude Blueberry und die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln

Pros:

Смачна іжа, якісні напої. Матраси зручні. Нам дозволили виселитись не в 10:00(що в цілому неадекватно на мій погляд) а в 13:00, за що я вдячна.

Cons:

Пляж не відповідає фото, пісок сірий і зовсім не схожий на колір на фото.
Небезпечні басейни, із-за слизькості. Недостатня чистка басейнів призводить до того, що утворюється слизька плівка на дні басейну. Була свідком того, як неодноразово люди падали в басейні на сходах.
Номери старі, у ванній є трохи плісняви і погано стікає вона в душі.
Прибирання дуже поверхневе і не кожен день. В день виїзду знайшла чужий обруч для волосся під ліжком, що говорить про те, що під ліжком не прибирають ніколи.
На барах персонал здебільшого не може зробити мохіто смачно(крім одного працівника бару біля мексиканського ресторану).
Їжа смачна, але бракує різноманітності.
При виселенні персонал наполегливо декілька разів просив поставити 5 зірок у відгуку за те, що безкоштовно дозволили виселитись в 13:00 замість 10:00. Вважаю неприйнятною спекуляцію відгуками таким чином.

So my room was not clean for the five days i stayed there

Naš boravak u Hotelu Azuro bio je iznimno ugodan i ostavio nas je s predivnim dojmovima. Od samog dolaska, osoblje je bilo izuzetno srdačno i uslužno, s osmijehom spremno pomoći u svakoj situaciji.

Posebno bismo željeli istaknuti Tatjanu, koja nam je s puno ljubaznosti omogućila da na dan odlaska ostanemo duže na bazenu. Taj mali znak pažnje učinio je naš zadnji dan još opuštenijim i ljepšim.

Naš smještaj bio je izuzetno udoban – soba u koju smo smješteni bila je prostrana i s lijepim pogledom, i moramo priznati da je premašila naša očekivanja. Osjećali smo se posebno, kao da su zaista željeli da naš odmor bude što ugodniji.

Hrana je bila odlična – svježa, raznolika i jako ukusna, s bogatim izborom za doručak, ručak i večeru.

Cijelo osoblje, od recepcije do restorana, bilo je iznimno pristupačno i profesionalno, a istovremeno toplo i prirodno. Taj ljudski pristup učinio je veliku razliku.

Hvala Hotelu Azuro na svemu – sigurno se vraćamo i od srca preporučujemo svima koji traže kvalitetan odmor uz vrhunsku uslugu!

Everything was amazing. Place was clean, beach was excellent for the kids, we liked it a lot. Long beach with sand, 5/5. Good place for families, a lot of kids activities, we will definitelly come again.

Pros:

Das meiste Personal war freundlich, der Strand sowie die Pools waren schön

Cons:

Wir waren 2 Tage im normalen Gebäude mit all inclusive und 5 Tage im Premium Gebäude. Der Unterschied ist groß. Im normalen Gebäude kann man eigentlich nicht bleiben, dreckige Duschen, kaum Wasser, von den Zeiten abhängig und stickig. Im Premium ist es besser, aber trotzdem nicht auf dem Niveau, das man für den Preis erwarten würde.
Das Essen war vor allem abends war richtig schlecht. An dem Tag wo es Montenegrinisches/ Balkan essen sein sollte habe ich nichts davon gesehen es war einfach jeden Tag internationales / mediterranes Essen konnte man echt nicht vergleichen, wir sind trotz all inclusive oft auserhalb des Resort essen gegangen und es war jedes mal besser ! Die Hygiene war einfach nicht zufriedenstellend beim Abendessen sowie in den duschen muss ich nochmals wiederholen

Très bon séjour
Pros:

All inclusive - serviette fournie, nourriture varié , plage très grande, service de transport de bagage, nous étions classé premium nous avions donc accès aux restaurant à la carte et au coin premium. Personnel très aimable. Kids club sympa aussi.

Cons:

Un peu plus d’animation le soir pour les grands comme pour les petits

Great stay for young families and the food is wonderful such a wide variety to choose from, staff is friendly and attent

Location is great, excellent place for families if not the best resort in Montenegro for young families.

Cons:

The only downside was the toilet had a bad smell not from it not being cleaned but plumbing issues with how it was built in our room don’t know if it’s an issue for other rooms we had a big family unit with 2 bedrooms
