Çalışanlar on numara güleryüzlü ve yardımcılar.

Cons:

Alakart meksika mutfağında tavuktan zehirlendik.Son iki günümüz perişandı yatakta geçirdik.Fakat çalışanlardan Maria bize her zaman durumumuzu sordu ve ilgilendi. Doktor çağırabileceğini söyledi. Bu güzeldi.

4 dias fantásticos, num excelente resort!
Pros:

Serviço em geral foi muito bom, com especial destaque para a Maria, a nossa concierge, que geriu prontamente os pedidos que fizemos. As várias piscinas e o acesso à praia são excelentes, bem como todo o cuidado com os jardins e limpeza de tudo. Restaurantes por marcação foram excelentes, quer na qualidade da comida quer no ambiente e serviço prestado. Recomendamos muito.

Cons:

Algumas toalhas de praia eram pequenas (no segundo dia ficamos com maiores e gostamos muito).

As piscinas, sendo fantásticas, precisam de rever o pavimento.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was es zum Entspannen braucht. Super Strandabschnitt (der schönste und gepflegteste in Ulcinj), eine Strandbar mit Alkohol, Softdrinks und Essen All Incl., 3 Pools zum Entspannen nach dem Strandtag. Liegestühle am Pool und am Strand inklusive im Preis, Abendprogramm auf der Bühne und viele Aktivitäten für Kinder - wir kommen wieder!

Cons:

Das Personal am Pool sollte etwas besser organisiert sein rund um kaputte Schirme oder reservierte Liegen. Es sind nicht viele aber die gehören da nicht hin. Das L‘Osteria Restaurant ist es leider nicht wert, das Mexikanische hingegen super! Bei der Ankunft sollte besser beschrieben werden dass man mit dem Auto reinfahren kann um abzuladen, macht die Ankunft auch um späte Uhrzeiten angenehmer. Der Sicherheitsdienst hat es uns mitgeteilt wo wir bereits an der Rezeption waren.

Insgesamt ein guter und erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat mehrere Pools und es ist sehr familienfreundlich. Das Angebot an Essen und Getränken ist außergewöhnlich gut und vielfältig. Premium All-Inclusive Kunden können es sich sehr gut gehen lassen.

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer war von der Ausstattung dem Preisverhältnis nicht angemessen. Der Mülleimer in der Toilette war verrostet. Es gab zudem keine Bodylotion und keine Servietten im Hotelzimmer. Die Sauberkeit lies zu Anfang ebenfalls zu Wünschen übrig. Wir haben uns zu Anfang über die Sauberkeit beschweren müssen. Zwar wurde dann direkt reagiert und sogar mehrfach vom Hotelpersonal angefragt, ob wir nun zufrieden seien. Nichtsdestotrotz dürfte es bei dieser Preisklasse keine Probleme mit der Sauberkeit geben.

Maximum an average 3 stars hotels.
Pros:

The outdoors were well maintained. Staff was ok. Plenty of sun beds on the beach.

Cons:

The rooms are small and dated. The bathroom smells and is so tiny that you cannot stretch your arms. Towels are gray and torn. We had a swim up room and pool was not clean until we requested it. The food although diverse and in abundance has no taste. The main pool looked like it had not seen repairs in years. I paid a lot of money and felt robbed. I would not recommend this unless at a fraction of the price I paid.
