The location is quite accessible, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the resort's amenities without the need to leave the premises. It provides ample space for all visitors, including several pools, a main restaurant, a beach, and a premier barbecue area celebrated for its excellent cuisine. The staff at the accommodation buildings and public restaurants are largely courteous and notably friendly.

Cons:

This resort cannot be compared to the resorts in Egypt and Turkey, especially those operated by Albatros and Rixos. The availability of à la carte restaurants is extremely limited, and scheduling is highly inconvenient. We had a reservation at the Italian restaurant, accessed with premium bands, ordered food, and were then told that an additional payment was required after placing our order—despite having paid the full price for a Family room with walk-in pool access, one of the most expensive options. The supervisor on duty was rude; I demanded he bring the items I ordered and instructed him not to worry about how that payment would be settled later. I told him only to bring the food, as I was with my wife and two toddlers. He started an argument, prompting me to request the manager. I found the food unappetizing. When I asked about the bill, a Montenegrin waitress told me it had already been paid. I left a generous tip under the plate before requesting the bill; this behavior is unacceptable. The staff must receive immediate training to improve their professionalism.

Boravak u ovom hotelu bio je predivno iskustvo. Hotel je izuzetno čist, uredan i odlično organizovan, a celokupno osoblje je ljubazno, profesionalno i uvek nasmejano.

Posebnu zahvalnost želimo da uputimo Mariji, koja je bila zadužena za nas tokom boravka. Svojom ljubaznošću, srdačnošću i profesionalnim pristupom učinila je da se osećamo kao kod kuće. Uvek je bila dostupna za sva pitanja i spremna da pomogne sa osmehom.

Hvala celom timu na gostoprimstvu i divnom odmoru. Hotel od srca preporučujemo svima i sigurno ćemo se ponovo vratiti!

Overall a great stay!
Pros:

The all inclusive is excellent, with many food options and generous drinks. Beach bar has great lunch options, with no need to do the buffet at lunch. Beach chairs and umbrella available for free with beach bar very nearby. Spacious room. Staff is very responsive.

Cons:

The cleanness level was not up to the standard. Dining chairs in the buffet were constantly dirty. À la carte restaurant did not have many options and options could be better. Juice at the buffet is terrible.

Amazing stay for families with everything you need in one spot.
Pros:

Lots of pools, restaurants, activities for kids and greenery- perfect for families. I would specially like to say thanks to Safet who was very proactive and helpful.

Cons:

Not easy to get a booking in the restaurants. But our visit was peak season, so it is understandable.

Cons:

The food was terrible in the buffet room. À la card restaurants need to be reserved and are booked out. The premium snack bar has good quality food - we ended up only eating there.

Great and calm location. Very clean and comfortable accommodation (Premium section). A high standard of services, a clean resort. Very helpful staff, especially our concierge Maria who arranged for us late check-out and use of all services till evening without any extra charge.
