Pros:

We really liked the whole staff. Especially Sanela was very helpful throughout our whole stay. She was very keen to help us to book at the restaurants and constantly checking with us if we needed anything else. We are hoping to come back here again. Everything was brilliant!!

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room could be slightly better as there were some stans on the couch and the floor wasnt viped regularly.

This is the 4th time I've been to this hotel, the atmosphere is excellent.

Cons:

this time the cleanliness was not at the proper level for 6 nights the sheets were never changed...the bathrooms were not cleaned properly either

Prvo ljetovanje mene i mojih sinova bilo je sada u Azulu. Na recepciji nas je dočekala nasmijana, kulturna, prijatna djevojka koja se zove Jovana. Prvi utisak je odmah bio divan, samo zbog nje. Ovim putem joj se zahvaljujem na svemu! ❤️
Kada je u pitanju resort, savršen je. Mnogo zabave za djecu i odrasle, pravi porodični odmor da ne misli niko gdje će, šta će i kako će... jer sve ima na jednom mjestu. Kada je hrana u pitanju, preukusna, ima svega i bukvalno je malo 6 dana da se sve proba. Bazeni čisti, sobe takođe. Mi smo probali hranu iz italijanskog restorana L'Osteria, koji se nalazi u sklopu resorta, takođe sve na visokom nivou. Predlog nam je dala Katarina, koja ima samo 17 godina ali vrlo profesionalna i ljubazna. ❤️
Ocjena od 1-10? Pa iskreno 100000! Azul nije samo mjesto za odmor, Azul je zapravo kao dom. Ko jednom ode, vratiće se uvijek! ❤️

If you do not speak Russian, Serbian, or another Slavic language, you are not made to feel welcome at this hotel.

I experienced this firsthand after a misunderstanding with another hotel guest who was from Russia (no disrespect to her at all). Following the incident, an employee named Maja Raspopović and a manager who spoke Albanian treated my wife very poorly and unprofessionally.

Our last day at this resort was completely ruined. We felt uncomfortable as the staff kept looking at us with obvious hostility and annoyance. Even during lunch, the atmosphere was very unpleasant, and it felt as though the entire staff was staring at us negatively.

When we tried to explain the situation, Maja’s response was: “This is not my problem, leave.” Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially in a hotel that claims to provide high-quality service.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who does not speak a Slavic language, especially if you are from Kosovo. Based on my experience, we did not feel welcome, respected, or treated equally as guests.

Very disappointing experience.

Wspaniały luksusowy resort, w którym przebywać to czysta przyjemność! Wszystko czyste i ładnie urządzone, z kwitnącymi drzewami i pięknymi widokami. Personel jest przemiły i stawia na komfort gości, nie robi z niczego problemu. Panuje rodzinna, spokojna atmosfera. Bardzo bogata oferta all inclusive. Rozmaite jedzenie dostępne przez cały dzień w kilku miejscach, a do tego zawarte w cenie restauracje a la carte (3 różne, trzeba zarezerwować z wyprzedzeniem). W barze szeroki wybór markowych napojów, a nie z lokalnej piwnicy ;) Mnóstwo miejsca na plaży i przy basenach.

Obawialiśmy się efektów bakterii w wodzie kranowej, ale niepotrzebnie, bo wszędzie dostępne wody w butelkach, a do lodu i napojów z całą pewnością nie dodawali kranówki. Widać było, że hotel pilnuje, żebyśmy pili tylko mineralkę.

Cons:

Mieliśmy pobyt tuż przed sezonem i nie było nigdzie kolejek, poza ostatnim dniem, kiedy akurat zaczynały się wakacje szkolne. Pewnie w sezonie potrafi być tłoczno. Ale to nieuniknione, a hotel jest tak dobrze zorganizowany, że na pewno sobie z tym poradzą.
