The room smelled moldy.
Staff was great.
Grounds are beautiful.

Bel endroit, un peu à l’écart de la route. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une bonne literie.
Le restaurant n’offre pas une grande variété de plats mais c’est correct.
Le signal wifi est faible et ne fonctionne pas bien.

Dos noches realmente confortadoras, alejado de la urbe y su contaminación auditiva, únicamente la naturaleza propia y característica del Alta Verapaz. Únicamente, el ingreso al lugar desde la carretera de Cobán no es visible.

Fui a ese hotel porque allí admiten mascotas. No conocía. El personal fue sumamente amable. El desayuno es de buena calidad. Lástima que no ofrecen tortillas guatemaltecas. Tiene una pequeña piscina. Es una lástima que no hay aire acondicionado. Cobán se ha vuelto muy muy cálido. La temperatura estaba en treinta. Tiene un lindo sendero para caminar.

Beautiful setting and excellent service.... bed spreads could be updated (in Guatemalan Textile would be gorgeous). Extra toilet paper in the room would be great. Other than that highly recommend.

Très bel hôtel, notre dernière étape avant de nous rendre à Semuc Champey.
Nous devions partir tôt le matin pour nous rendre à Semuc Champey et l'hôtel nous a proposé d'ouvrir son restaurant plus tôt pour que nous puissions avoir notre petit déjeuner avant notre départ.
Le cadre est très agréable.
Prévoir quand même de quoi se couvrir car les nuits sont fraîches et nous avons eu un peu froid dans la chambre.

Hotel ligt een stukje van de weg af. Makkelijk parkeren. Kamer was prima, erg groot en fijn bed. Vanuit hotel kun je ook een stukje wandelen op eigen terrein. Mogelijkheden voor eten is beperkt vanwege de ligging buiten de stad.

El hotel es muy bonito, la limpieza excelente, lo que no me gustó fue el baño, la ducha es incómoda por tener divisiones innecesarias, debido a un mal diseño.

Very comfortable hotel in lovely pastoral setting. Quiet. Delicious breakfast included of eggs, toast, muesli yogurt and fruit. Recommend highly!

Our room was very comfortable, though not big. Plenty of hot water. Restaurant also was nice, though small. We enjoyed free breakfast. Few amenities. Small pool, not full, really a fountain, and a short walking path. All of the staff were very friendly.

Three star property at five star pricing. However, there are no four or five star hotels.

Great view to the mountains very suiting for relaxation

It was a beautiful stop over just off the main road but it made you feel like you were hidden away in the middle of the woods in a castle.

Great property with trails to walk in the nature, modern nice rooms.

This place is just outside of Coban which was nice for us because Coban is a little hectic. Cutest little rooms, the service was amazing the front desk attendant made us a fire and brought us bottle of wine. There is a little pool. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if your looking to party but for a nice relaxing clean place amazing!

Traveled with family. Nice view, no internet connection, no cable, breakfast was a la carte but minimum. Hotel not worth for the paid price.
