Pros:

A notre arrivée le gérant nous a obligé à payer cash pour pouvoir accéder à notre chambre réservée sur hôtel.com.En conséquence nous avons payé deux fois notre chambre , le gérant n’a jamais voulu nous rembourser,il était de mauvaise foi et le dialogue était impossible .

Pros:

La personne a refusé de nous accueillir, prétextant qu'on avait pas réservé, qu'il n'avait pas confirmé, à la fin il nous a même dit qu'il n'avait pas de place et qu'il ne savait pas comment on aurait pu réserver !

Il nous demandait de prouver qu'on a bien payé !

C'est clair qu'il s'agit d'une personne malhonnête qui a très certainement loué la chambre qu'on devait occuper en cash sans passer par le site.
