Pros:

Gutes Frühstück mit abwechslungsreichen Optionen. Für ein Stadthotel ideal gelegen: Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel und in nur 10 Minuten ist man per Bus bequem im Zentrum.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag direkt zur stark befahrenen Strasse, doch die Fenster sind sehr gut lärmisoliert – bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man praktisch nichts.

Good modern hotel with its own parking
Pros:

Modern comfy hotel outside of Salzburg centre, own parking, very clean , nice friendly personal at the reception. Didnt have breakfast as used the bakery across the road

Cons:

Underground parking is somewhat expensive. No real restaraunts for the evening meal in the vicinity of the hotel or at least we didnt find any

Posizione comodissima per vedere la città.
Pros:

Innanzi tutto voglio fare i complimenti allo staff dell'hotel. C'era un errore nel conto ed al momento del pagamento non ce ne siamo accorti poi rientrati a casa abbiamo visto che avevano addebitato due volte le colazioni. Chiamati al telefono hanno subito fatto un check e scusandosi dell'errore ci hanno immediatamente restituito l'importo in più. Questa è serietà e professionalità. BRAVI!!
La struttura è più bella di quanto appare dalle foto. Le stanze sono belle e di giusta dimensione, noi eravamo in tre e con il letto aggiunto si stava comunque comodi. Il bagno è diviso in due stanze una wc ed una lavandino e doccia molto grande. Ottima la colazione. Staff super gentile e disponibile. Comodo il garage (altezza massima della macchina 1.90 m). La posizione è fantastica per vedere la città. Davanti all'hotel c'è la fermata del bus che in pochi minuti ti porta in centro e l'hotel mette a disposizione un biglietto gratuito per l'intero soggiorno. Fantastico. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Okay-ish hotel
Pros:

The hotel was in a peaceful location with a lovely view of the mountains. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was decent. Good public transport links to the city center.

Cons:

We had booked an accessible room for 3, and had confirmed the same multiple times (including by directly calling the hotel). However, when we got there, we were given a non-accessible room. We were then told that the accessible room would be ready the next day due to a mix up. The next day, we were told that the accessible room was only for 2, and therefore we would have to pay €160 extra (the cost of an additional room). We did this as we already were stressed and did not want to ruin our holiday, but we essentially paid extra when we already had booked a room for 3.
Furthermore, in the normal room, it was quite strange that the toilet was in a small separate room from the shower and washbasin and you have to dash across the room to wash your hands.
