Un service client exceptionnel et un séjour parfait ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

Séjour exceptionnel à l'Hôtel de Paris à Sousse. Tout était parfait : la propreté, le confort, l'emplacement et surtout la qualité de l'accueil.

Je tiens à remercier particulièrement l'agent de la réception pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Lors de ma réservation, je n'avais pas compris que les chambres pour deux personnes pouvaient être configurées avec soit un grand lit, soit deux lits séparés. Voyageant seul, je souhaitais absolument un grand lit.

Dès que je lui ai expliqué la situation, il a immédiatement cherché une solution et m'a proposé une chambre pour trois personnes afin que je puisse bénéficier d'un lit double. J'ai été agréablement surpris par sa réactivité, son sens du service et sa volonté de satisfaire le client.

Ce genre d'attention fait toute la différence. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour parfait. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation.

- Comodidad de las instalaciones
- Limpieza 10/10. En este punto quiero hacer especial mención. Aunque los baños son compartidos, están súper limpios a cualquier hora. Al personal que allí trabaja le doy un 10.

Hosteller konforlu yerler değildir ancak odanızda elbisenizi aşacak aşkınız yoksa sözün bittiği yerdir.
