Pros:

Nice room whit balcony and little kitchen. The breackfest was very good whit alot choice. staff is friendly and the place is quiet. Near the old olive tree, nice view on the mountain but little bit far from the beach and the central town. However, there,s many little restaurant and little market not so far. Good place to stay

Nice location, but need a car to get around
Pros:

I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is in a quiet residential area and you can see the Bar old town and mountains from the balcony. I had no car, which was a little tricky, but the owner helped me a little to go around. Its a 45min walk to the station and 30min to old town. I took a taxi to the station, but had a nice walk in the local area to get to the old town. They were doing maintenance work in the hotel when I was there, so it was a but noisy, but it may be done by now. Apartment was tidy but lacked hangers, and proper kitchen utensils (ie no coffee/tea kettle, or cloth). Also, it was not Art Deco -style as advertised, but I had a good stay anyway. The owner was a super friendly man. I recommend this place especially if you have a car!
