Pros:

They were to have a taxi waiting when we arrived, but there was some confusion. Luis made up for it by sending two taxi's and paying for them. Instead of having us climb to the 5th floor with our luggage he gave us two rooms on the 3rd for the same price. The rooms were basic but clean and the beds comfortable - what we expected at the price we paid. Luis also arranged a tour and taxi to the airport which worked out well.
