Superó todas las expectativas, la calidez del personal, las instalaciones, la ubicación, precio.. pero lo que más nos gustó de todo, fue Manchitas ❤️.
La mascota inconfundible del waira, un perrete adorable que si le das amor te acompañara hasta a todas tus aventuras por la ciudad de Leticia. Le echaremos de menos.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, el desayuno estaba delicioso. La habitación era muy grande y la cama, además de grande, era muy cómoda.

Muy bien ubicado. La cama es comodísima. El desayuno es tipo buffet. Nos lo pudieron adelantar un poco para poder disfrutarlo y llegar a tiempo al aeropuerto que está a 5 min en taxi. Hay agua caliente. Se puede pagar con tarjeta.
Todo. El personal, la limpieza, la ubicación, la comida del restaurante, los perrillos Brownie y Manchitas.

El restaurante es ESPECTACULAAAAAR!!!! Tienen una comida deliciosa y toda la carta está disponible para el servicio a la habitación. Todo el personal es muy amable y diligente. Las instalaciones son preciosas y modernas.

The rooms: good a/c and comfortable beds.
Also: 2 nice swimming pools, early breakfast, helpful staff, potable water available for free. Great position in Leticia, close to the harbour.
The bedrooms and the restaurant/breakfast area are a bit small. But not a big deal really!

Lovely staff, gave us good advice air conditioning although our first room had a problem with our air conditioner at 9:30pm. Had to move to another room.very happy to watch tennis on ESPN!
Food for breakfast and dinner mediocre. Chicken not cooked well but got comped when we complained.
