El desayuno es delicioso, variado y muy completo. La habitación amplia, muy agradable y limpia. La ubicación inmejorable, se encuentra de todo cerca. La atención de todo el personal es extraordinaria.

Nice size rooms with air conditioning. Nice staff. Good location and value.

Cons:

Dinner at restaurant only fair, chicken tastrd like rubber.. Had problems with air conditioning late at night, got moved to 3rd floor so it was a pain to move rooms, not many available.

El mejor hotel de Leticia
Pros:

Muy buen hotel en el centro de Leticia. El personal muy atento y amable y las instalaciones de todo el hotel muy bien. Las camas cómodas, el aire acondicionado hace su función impecablemente y el hotel cuenta con una piscina que nos vino como caída del cielo ante el calor que pasamos en Leticia. Me pareció un poco caro el restaurante, pero he de decir que la comida estaba muy buena

Superó todas las expectativas, la calidez del personal, las instalaciones, la ubicación, precio.. pero lo que más nos gustó de todo, fue Manchitas ❤️.

La mascota inconfundible del waira, un perrete adorable que si le das amor te acompañara hasta a todas tus aventuras por la ciudad de Leticia. Le echaremos de menos.

Cons:

Sinceramente no hubo nada de lo que quejarnos en este hotel,, de verdad todo muy bien calidad precio.

Muy bien ubicado. La cama es comodísima. El desayuno es tipo buffet. Nos lo pudieron adelantar un poco para poder disfrutarlo y llegar a tiempo al aeropuerto que está a 5 min en taxi. Hay agua caliente. Se puede pagar con tarjeta.

Todo. El personal, la limpieza, la ubicación, la comida del restaurante, los perrillos Brownie y Manchitas.
Fue increíble alojarse aquí. Nos sentimos como en casa.

El coordinador de las camareras, que parecía muy exigente con las empleadas.
