No mosquito nets on the balcony door, so the balcony door had to be kept closed at all times.
Pool is only 1.2 deep so not ideal for swimming really.
Stray dogs and cats wondering around the restaurant "begging" to be fed. Birds and flies are eating the food on your table while you collect your breakfast from the open bar.
Sour milk multiple days for cereals. Broken coffee machine.
Restaurant does not serve lunch even though they have a lunch menu. When I asked for it they said I can pay for the open bar dinner for 1500MUR a person. We had lunch elsewhere although would have been nice to have lunch on site from the available lunch menu.
Reported minor repairs in the room and they came to fix it after 18:30
Replaced batteries in the room safe and failed to screw back the battery door cover. When I notified staff, they came to see it with the screwdriver in her hands and said she will come back to do it. Why? What prevented her to screw it back right there in about 0.5 minutes? Eventually they never came back to screw it back. I did that...with a wooden coffee steerer.

Pour nous personnellement le petit déjeuner commence à 7h30 on est des lève tôt .
Et la salle de musculation à vraiment de besoin d un coup de neuf et de nouveaux appareils.

One of the staff or a team stole personal belongings and mount false mise en scene for a cover up....

pas de plage à coté ,repas très moyen ,check list des chambres non effectué (clim de la mezzanine ne fonctionnait pas il a fallu que nos enfants changent de chambre)
2ème chambre avec réveil matinal à cause du bruit extérieur.
suite à ces différentes déconvenue ,nous avons abrégé notre séjour d'une nuit et ils n'ont pas voulu valider le remboursement et on également gardé la taxe de séjour(ce qui est illégal)

Manque d'ambiance
Petit déjeuner et repas non diversifiés
Problème de communication et langue
Pas de plage
Difficile d'accès et bus peu présents
Et hotel très peu fréquenté

Breakfast is repetitive everyday and the orange juice is not good. The Indian staffs lack of experience.

Le bruit des voitures, les aboiements des chiens des voisins parfois toute la nuit au point de ne pas pouvoir dormir de la nuit

Towels smelled disgusting, we asked and almost begged for clean towels but that didn't help, we kept getting disgusting and smelly towels..
Don't think they wash the towels propely!
Cockroaches in the room!!! Yes cockroaches in drawers and the bathroom!!
The toilet doesn't flush properly! We asked for it to be fixed and that didn't help much!
The room had no where to sit other than the bed! We had to ask for a chair and got a poor wooden chair! The room was almost empty! You get a bed, a tv and a closet! Wasn't worth the money!
The area is far from anything, no resturants want to deliver to that area, the streets aren't safe to walk..
They offered us tap water to drink, was disgustingly looking! Yellow color!!
The resturant is infested with cats! The cats are ready to jump on you and stand with their arms on your chair begging for food, the staff doesn't seem bothered!!!
My advice is this: don't read the bad reviews and say "I'm not that picky, it will be fine!" NO! I thought the same! And it wasn't fine! I would have rather spent my money on a better spot!
This place is not worth your money, because no it isn't cheap! It is very expensive for the poor experience you are about to get!
Save your money and your sanity and find a different place to spend yiur time!
