Pearl Aruba Condos

We have enjoyed the condo so much. Everything was well taken care of... the pool was amazing.
Our room was clean and super comfortable.
Staff was friendly and attentive and very helpful. Always available.
We'll come back next year

The Pearl is a very nice change from all the other places along Eagle Beach. The rooms are great, the pool is great, the management team is great. We love staying there to extend our timeshare stay each year. Highly recommend.

The cleanliness and amenities in the room such as the beach chairs and clothes drying rack, was really appreciated.

This was are second time staying here. We love the place. Everyone is very nice and respectful. It's a hidden gem in Aruba. We don't wanna stay anywhere else. You can cook and wash clothes. The grocery store is within walking distance. The pool is kept clean.

We loved the place. Hoping to stay again next year. Only thing was construction going on both sides of the street heading to the beach. Made for a dangerous situation.

The Pearl is a 5 minute walk to Eagle Beach. Danni and her team always make check-in easy and quick. Room is always spotless. 10 minute walk to casino, coffee shops, and Italian, Dutch and steak restaurants. Truly a pearl complex and staff! Chairs and Beach towels are provided as well.

The jets on the hot tub were not working. When we first arrived a lady who was leaving asked if we’d like some of their left over groceries. We in turn gave our left overs to neighbors who’d just started their vacation as we left. It was such a sweet way to feel apart of the community right from the start. The washer requires a token that costs $4 that has to be exchanged at the front office. Just make sure to have some cash on hand to make that exchange. The kitchen has all the utilities needed to make a nice meal. There was even a cooler we used for a day trip to the beach. They also provided two beach chairs. The air conditioning had to be readjusted the first couple days, but then worked perfectly the rest of the week. The bed was very comfortable, even the sofa bed was comfortable. There was a safe but we didn’t use it. There is a code for the door instead of a key which was super convenient. It is walking distance of a small convenience store, two very nice restaurants and a coffee/tea boutique that serves vegan food and the beach.

Pearl condo staff accomodating and friendly.

People at front desk were polite and responsive...did everything to make us comfortable and provided much information on getting around. The condo provides towels and low and regular chairs for the beach. Palapas are free (first come basis). Mini buses are 2.50 dollars (every 15 Minutes)..the yellow buses a bit more...TAXI fares not high..but use your bargaining skills. Walk to beach is about 7 minutes...walk to Super foods is 35 to 45 minutes...everything is in dollars..at the airport departure you may bring cooked chicken, turkey, no ham or pork and beef meats. Bread and cheese ok..beach and water is absolutely gorgeous...enjoy the happy island.

We loved our trip to Aruba! Can’t wait to go back. The Pearl was just great. Friendly staff, low key, safe and clean. We had no complaints at all. The condo was spacious and had many extras like beach chairs, cooler, modern kitchen and even gas grills for use next to the pool. Over all a great value compared to other locations. We only had a rental car part of our stay which was no problem, the best beach in Aruba and good selection of food short walk away, even a mini mart next door. The hotel restaurant and bar was really nice too.

We really enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfy, pool was nice, had everything we needed. Beach chairs and small cooler were included.

Very good location with walkability to beach and dining options.

I felt safe on the property but this is more of a retirement condo for old people. there is construction on the property from maybe 7am til 9:30am. there were only people of 55 and older on this property. I love that it is close to the beach and the pool is wonderful. But i would not stay here again.
