Overall nice. Would stay again!
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Plenty of options. The room was clean.

Cons:

The shower leaks pretty bad. This is due to design flaw. The room also felt a little damp.

The staff was very nice and very friendly.

Cons:

The room was clean but VERY DIRTY! The floor was dirty. There was hair all over the sink and shower! It was very gross. There were stains on the sheets. The pool was very cloudy. The area around the pool was dirty and stuff all around it.

Staff was good, not completely clean.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Our bedding was dirty on one bed and the floor was sticky from old mop water. Room smelled strongly of cleaning supplies. TV had poor reception and many channels didn’t work.

Cons:

Room was small ! The lighting was bad & I didn't like the pull out desk ! There was no ice machines thst we found on our floor! My husband had to go to the first floor to get ice! Bed was not that comfortable! I don't like the more modern look! It's not practical

The walls and ceiling were paper thin. That made the room less than comfortable. No coffee maker in the room. Had to go to the lobby for coffee and hot water. The included breakfast was the bare minimum. All in all, it was well below what i would expect of Hilton. Won't be staying at a Tru again.
