Nice hotel

The pool was disguising the electricity went out for a whole night the security staff was rude sent pictures and assaulted me then we were sent to another hotel which was very inconvenient. I am really not happy with the service.

We was not sleeping all the night cause of discotheque music in the hotel

Worst hotel ever known!! Felt so unsafe and harassed!! Had to kick the door in my daughter got locked in the room as the handle came off and they had no care, she’s only 4.5yrs old!! Food wouldn’t feed to a dog, no fridge or safe or kettle in room! No television as no plugs and phones off the hook! Swimming pool unsafe and never go back if paid me

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
This is not even a 1 star hotel and certainly not all inclusive as you have to pay for alcohol.
We only spent 5hrs of a day before having to pay for another hotel. Filthy rooms no light shades toilet seat pool was disgusting with stagnant water puddles and cigarette butt's didn't even try to eat as looked disgusting soup kitchen would serve better!

Hell hole! Don't waste your precious money or annual leave on this dump.. staff rude, intimidating and Insulting. All rooms and communial areas dangerous and dirty. Food is absolutely diabolical even the breakfast is spicy as hell where there's any available ( 5 hours between meals with no snacks available anywhere. Nothing for the kids to do or eat. Don't get me started on the locals holidaying here we are stared at all day like we've just arrived from another planet. Oh and be prepared when you go outside to look for anything edible you will pay twice the price that eveyone else is paying.. and the best part? There is a local disco bar above the pool in the picture you see that goes on 12-4am at 1000 decibels EVERY NIGHT totally impossible to sleep! please please please avoid this dump!

Day 2 of 14 already my worst experience. Nightclub on site midnight to 4am rooms vibrating food terrible. Staff are nice but that is about it. I was to go home already. 1/10 is too much honestly. Please be warned. English are not welcome here. Treated as scum

We booked Our Trip spontaniously and went to Tunisia. Before we left Hamburg we read other reviews and thought about to Cancel the Trip, but we did not and it was right. I have to say, that is a 3 Stars Hotel in the country category, very cheap and low budget, so that you cannot expect a wonder. All together we have to say, it is not so bad. Like many Hotels in the region, this hotel is in his age and old, but clean and that is a Main fact. There is many staff that speaks many languages, even some do not speak english. Those who want a hotel holiday are not right here, These who just need a place to sleep are right here. The loud Music and the tree house were very nice and the beach direct at the hotel was great. In the result, regarding the price it was ok.

Publicité mensongère: pas de tv, wifi indisponible, spa fermé, pas d’activités, zone hyper bruyante, ascenseur marche 1 jour sur 2, sale, 2 demandes pour changer 2 spots et avoir la lumière dans la salle de bain, hôtel non approprié pour les familles, abords des piscines pouvant être dangereux, panneau interdit aux birkinis (1/3 de birkinis dans l’eau), chaises cassées dans la salle de restaurant, nappes retournées entre 2 clients, transats majoritairement cassés… choisissez un autre établissement. L’adresse mail de l’hôtel ne fonctionne pas. Je vais faire une réclamation.

Overall we had a great stay, the only issue was it was all inclusive but alcohol was not included! The food wasn't that great but there are places to go out of the hotel to eat and drink and it's not expensive! There isn't enough sunbeds around the small pool and most of them are damaged! Staff are very friendly

After seeing the reviews I feel I really need to write one myself after just getting home from a weeks holiday with my family of 4 adults and 13 year old from Sousee city and beach hotel .
This is a bit of a long one but I feel it’s needed after my husband booked our holiday as a last minute trip I then read the reviews and was riddled in anxiety and really panicking , but I decided to go with an open mind and im normally pretty laid back person and as I know most people who write reviews are doing it as they are unhappy with their outcome and want to shout about it,

We got dropped off the coach and was last drop off the hotel was on a main road but wasn’t too bothered as has everything around you that you could need, supermarket a few yards up the street ,Shops and food outlets etc .
So we arrived and at check in had to fill in some forms and copy passports etc took about 30 mins - then given our room keys.

We paid for an all inclusive holiday to be told they don’t include alcohol in all inclusive at this hotel it’s only all inclusive soft drinks and breakfast/dinner & everning meal . There was no snacks available . And if we wanted alcohol we had to pay extra .

We went to the rooms and they was very clean and as seen in some reviews it could do with a bit of modernising but it was clean and somewhere to sleep and a 3 star hotel - not the ritz !!
Cleaners was always around the hotel cleaning constantly . Our cleaner on the floor we stayed (room 451) was absolutely amazing such a beautiful welcoming lady and always going out of her way for anything we needed .

The pool was monitored a couple of times a day and checked for levels of chlorine etc .
We mainly used the top pool with the slides which was really fun adults and children really enjoyed it . And the 2 lifeguards at that pool was brilliant , got involved and made some sort of entertainment with everyone and made an effort to keep everyone happy whilst doing their jobs .
The top pool with the slides had only 10 sun loungers and a couple of chairs no sun parasols . They had 2 small pergolas . Was not enough for everyone that used that pool . And no music around the pool until the last day !!
The bottom pool we only used a couple of times and was ok more sun loungers and parasols but not enough for everyone by any means .

The meals were very hit and miss and not much of a choice but occasionally enjoyed something to eat there, I only ate at the restaurant 4 times in total over a week as wasn’t much choice and sometimes very repetitive, so was very hit and miss , I’m not a fussy eater but still struggled ,but plenty of places close by to go and eat out -defeats the object of all inclusive but never mind !

The water at the hotel well that’s not acceptable as it kept cutting out everyday so could not shower when needed and could be off for hours at a time very frustrating- at one point it was off for over 24 hours in total and then the odd dribble here and there for days . Was furious at this point as had been out quad biking and couldn’t get a shower when we got back and we was all covered in sand and dust!! Everyone at the hotel was furious and lots complaining!
Most days there seemed to be people at the front desk complaining about something or another .

There was no entertainment at the hotel at all, even though it states on their website that entertainment is every day during the summer ! So became very boring and was in bed early every night .

And as for the other reviews regarding the very loud music during the night until all hours well this is correct, more noisy weekend nights. I even went prepared with ear plugs and still Was woken up several times every night it came from the bar at the back of hotel the treehouse on beachfront which joins onto hotel - starts at 10pm but seems to get louder and louder as the night goes on - but to be honest I could live with that would of been better if we could of had a drink (since we paid all inclusive and didn’t receive that) and got involved with the atmosphere as there was absolutely zero atmosphere of an evening it was boring which is a shame as if they provided entertainment or music day/night and around pools etc then I think it would of made it a bit more enjoyable and bearable.

The beach is directly on the back of hotel which is lovely it gets very busy but all beaches do ! You can rent sun loungers and beds cheap on the hut at the beach .

The water dispenser drinks available at the inside bar I was weary of drinking as when coming back into hotel from the beach there was a few members of staff filling the exact same bottles up with water out of the tap so wasn’t sure if they was being replaced with tap water for everyone to drink . So we asked for bottled water behind the bar which was sometimes difficult as they didn’t like to hand out much !

The staff at the hotel all was mainly lovely and friendly .

I noticed on our last day they was having some sort of inspection so they was going above and beyond that day making everything perfect which they should be doing regardless .
I have been to Tunisia before 10 years ago and really enjoyed it . I would come back again but not to this hotel for above reasons .

We still very much so enjoyed our holiday as we made our own fun. And eat out several times, visited aqua splash water park which is around 5-10 Mins in a taxi and very good day out . Went quad biking which can be arranged through the hotel and they can help with other excursions. And Tunisia is very cheap for most things thankfully or we would have been in a dilemma !

Also please don’t be afraid to haggle prices in shops and taxis as we got 2 taxis as there was 5 of us and one taxi charged 10dinar and other 6dinar so always check price before you get into taxi .

The hotel has plenty of security at the front and the back of hotel so feels very safe and they are very friendly.

We really did enjoy ourselves . And made the most of what we were presented with ,

I would not stay here again only due to the lack of entertainment and the water constantly going off. Also buying all inclusive and not receiving it.

Other than the above 3 listed it was ok and manageable and constantly being cleaned .

Worst stay ever...when we complain we get ignored...verrrrry loud music untill 4 am and we can't even attend if we wish since it's private and need reservation which they refuse if you don't have the requirements...foood is terrible with no many options...roooms are dirty ...draps are dirty and nothing to cover at night...beds are uncomfortable....can see the dust all over the walls...waters shuts down at night...not only we cannot sleep but can't even use washroom...elevators don'twork properly.....not family friendly at all...wouldn't recommend

If I could give it a zero I would couldn't even stay it's disgusting the safe are rude the all inclusive wasn't all inclusive ended up booking another hotel now I can't get a reply to get my money back is an absolute joke . I went to Sahara beach and paid £575 but it was amazing do not book this horrible place

WORST HOTEL! WARNING DONT BOOK!

Every single day from 22:00-04:00 there is a bar BLASTING music. It is unbearable. We can’t sleep. The bass is moving things in our room and we live on the 5th floor!

The management says “we can’t do anything, go talk to them yourself” THEY DONT WANNA DEAL WITH THIS AND DOESNT CARE AT ALL!

Over 50 people have complained in the same night and nothing is done. This keeps going on EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! Yes the stay is cheap, but you will NOT be having any sleep whatsoever until 4:00. This has ruined our holiday and experience with Sousse.

Stay away PLEASE!

J ai porté une réclamation car je n ai pas reçu le all inclusive que j ai payé, de plus nourriture infeste, pas de télé dans la chambre...et surtout bruit jusqu à 5h du matin dû a une soirée privée donc impossible de dormir.

Hôtel sale, vétuste et vieux. Draps sales, matelas inconfortable. Discothèque dans l'hôtel et dans les chambres aussi. Nous sommes partis dans la nuit car nous n'arrivions pas à dormir. Horrible expérience.
