We had a very enjoyable one week stay
Pros:

Great location
Quiet but so close to beach, cafes, mini markets and bakeries
Great pool with ample sun lounges and umbrellas
Well maintained grounds and gardens
Comfortable lounge area

Cons:

The shower!
Variable water pressure, restricted space and no overhead water flow
The breakfast arrangement, provided by adjoining cafe, was ok but the 4 breakfast packages proved to be a bit restrictive. Would have preferred open choice

A Perfect Peaceful Getaway
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It's just a 2-minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear, turquoise water, and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The pool was clean and well-maintained, the room spotless, and the hotel beautifully furnished. A lovely touch was having an ironing board and iron available in the room.
The staff were incredibly kind throughout our stay. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway away from crowds and nightlife, this place is highly recommended!

Cons:

The only small suggestion would be to have a few extra teaspoons or forks available in the room, in addition to the tea cups and water glasses provided.

A perfect place for its target market
Pros:

The location is brilliant. It's literally round the corner from the beach and a really nice beach bar called Kahlua, which rents sunbeds at reasonable rates (between 20 and 10 euros for the day, with no obligation to buy drinks - perfect as long as you don't want to be on the front row).

It was also really great that the hotel provides guests with towels for the beach and for use by the pool. Generally, staff were very obliging and kind.

The room was pleasant - a decent size with notional separation between living and sleeping area. Slightly smaller than other rooms I've stayed in on Cycladic islands (and I've stayed in a lot) and slightly more aesthetically pleasingly than most. But nothing special and we regret spending extra.

Cons:

We didn't realise that breakfast wasn't actually in the hotel but in a cafe around the corner. You take vouchers and they offer you a very limited menu of four extremely similar options (all variations on eggs, yoghurt and pancakes).

The main thing that put us off was that we constantly felt a bit ripped off. Things got off to a bad start at check in, when we were told that we'd have to pay extra to cover the local tax, as Booking.com had got the calculation wrong. We weren't given a receipt for the payment and it left a bad taste.

Later, we wanted to explore some of the villages and asked about taxi rates. The numbers the concierge quoted were astronomical and much, much more than the ones we came up with ourselves. Ditto the taxi we ordered to get back to the port for our ferry.

My sense is that this is an issue with Agios Prokopios rather than the hotel in particular... Tavernas are notably more expensive than elsewhere (in one case nearly double the going rate in Athens). Even the supermarket and bakery are expensive - not quite London prices, but not far off. If we were to return to Naxos, we'd look to stay much further down the coast and leave Agios Prokopios and Agios Anna to the American tourists.

Schönes Hotel im Herzen von Agios Prokopios
Pros:

Nette und hilfsbereite Inhaberin, saubere Zimmer, sehr gute Klimaanlage, Betten SEHR bequem mit jeweils 2 Kissen pro Person, schöner Pool (den hatten wir fast immer für uns), Nähe zum Strand, man erreicht alles sehr gut zu Fuß, man bekommt jederzeit Handtücher für Pool und Strand, schöner Blick vom Balkon

Cons:

Täglich laute Musik vom benachbarten Hotel, die man durch die Eingangstüre gehört hat, ein Frühstücksbuffet direkt im Hotel wäre uns lieber gewesen (so wirkt das Hotel etwas verlassen) das Frühstück wird gleich nebenan in einer Bar serviert, war okay. Das Grundstück ist nicht direkt abgegrenzt, es gibt 2 Hintertüren von einer Bar im Garten beim Pool wo ab und zu Küchenmitarbeiter ab und zu zum Parkplatz gehen, ist ein bißchen komisch wenn man am Pool liegt

Pros:

Alt på stell. Velholdt , rent og super service fra personalet. Deilig svømmebasseng med gode solsenger! Frokost på nærmeste restaurant ved stranden var helt topp! Ligger rett ved stranden, stille og rolig på kvelden men supersentralt!!!!

Lovely position and amenities but hotel a bit tired and needs a quality refurb.
Pros:

Good position only 200 mars from beach.
Pool is very clean and quiet.
Breakfast served at local bar is excellent.

Cons:

WiFi is unstable and buffers so you couldn’t work from there.
Shower looses pressure and so no water on occasions.
No soundproofing so it’s noisy with scraping chairs etc.

Schönes Hotel mit Pool, fast direkt am Strand
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, nur ein paar Meter zum Strand, wunderschöner großer Pool moderne Zimmer sehr ruhig alles und wir haben das Frühstück im Restaurant am Strand jeden Tag genossen.

Perfect location in Naxos
Pros:

It was very clean and we loved the ocean view room . Just steps to the beach , shops , mini market, restaurants and all car and buggy rentals foot steps away .
Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating.
