Patras Carnival 2026
Pros:

Location was close to everything so excellent for seeing the Carnival and within walking distance. Parking overnight was just across the street. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room good.

Έκλεισα 22 ΦΕΒΡΟΥΑΡΙΟΥ με 23 Φεβρουαρίου
Μέσω booking . Η κράτησή μου έβγαζε ένα ποσό των 2 € προφανώς και υπήρχε πρόβλημα με το σύστημα για μια χαμηλή τιμή .
Επιβεβαιώθηκε και πληρώθηκε
Συνεπώς με κάλεσαν από το ξενοδοχείο λέγοντας μου ότι η κανονική τιμή είναι 90€ (λόγω καρναβαλιού πατρας) άντε να σας το κάνουμε 60€(που είναι τις υπόλοιπες ημέρες)
Έπειτα με κάλεσαν από την booking και με ευγενικό τρόπο με προέτρεπαν να ακυρώσω . Το έκανα μόνο και μόνο επειδή δεν είχα κέφι να το προχωρήσω νομικά . Διότι μια επιβεβαιωμένη και πληρωμένη κράτηση δεν μπορεί ο κάθε ξενοδόχος να την ακυρώνει για δικό του λάθος ή για λάθος συστήματος κάτι που δεν αφορά τον πελάτη .

Έναν είχα κέφι να ασχοληθώ με το ξενοδοχείο αλλά και την ίδια την booking νομικά θα είχαμε άλλες εξελίξεις

Θα πω μόνο ένα πράγμα για τον κύριο ο οποίος ήταν ευγενικός μου έλεγε ότι δεν μπορούσε να μου το δώσει το δωμάτιο στην τιμή που επιβεβαιώθηκε από την ίδια την booking εγώ έχω να πω πως
Ότι η στέρηση παροχής υπηρεσιών είναι αυτοφορη και αυταπάγγελτη διαδικασία

Αυτό το σχόλιο το γράφω για τους θεατές και μελλοντικούς πελάτες όποιων ξενοδοχείων .

Υπάρχουν νόμοι και δικαιώματα που θα έπρεπε να γνωρίζουν όλοι

Μετά από όλο αυτό έχω σχηματίσει πολύ καλή εικόνα εξυπηρέτησης για την εταιρεία booking και όχι για τον υπάλληλο του ξενοδοχείου γιατί αυτός την δουλειά του κάνει

Very good for 1-2 days stay
Pros:

Very close to bus station (both local and national) and Patras center. Very good for sort term stay (1-2 days). For longer stay you can find something better as the facilities are somehow outdated.
