Central location, big and comfy bed, clean common area, hot and big shower.

Cons:

When arriving at 7pm at property for the check in, I was told by the receptionist that they accept only cash; I did not have enough cash on me. They said that will not give me a room before I pay and that I can go to main square (with my bags?!) and withdraw money. All of this after me driving for 5 hours and willing only to have a shower and some rest in my room. Crazy, you shall train your staff properly, don’t think you want to have such a welcome if you travel yourself.

Pros:

best part of this place is the location, right in the centre of town. That's about it.

Cons:

We usually don't leave bad reviews, but I'll do an exception for this one. Staff was totally unhelpful (and quite unfriendly, to be honest). We asked whether they could help us speak spanish to call a cab: they basically dialled the number and handed the phone to us, refusing to speak. We were appalled. Never again.

A really nice place and nice people but it does have a coupe of issues.
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

The rooms don't have too much privacy as open space corridor is right in front. Hot water on shower was 'scalding' and virtually impossible to regulate the temperature. This seriously needs fixing to prevent someone being burnt
