Pros:

Our host was super welcoming and did everything to make us feel home. She helped us with taxi and some tips for the city. Bed was super confy, warm and clean. They have hot shower.

A home away from home
Pros:

Berta is a lovely host, very kind and caring. The room was spacious and very clean. Close to the center of puno but away from the noise. Breakfast was simple but very good. Thank you.

The receptionist/administrator lady was very professional and warm and assisted us in all possible ways, beyond her duty. She is truly the nicest person in our trip

Pros:

Returned to Hotel Tula after a few days in Bolivia-was like coming home to Berta, the friendliest host. Another warm, comfortable room. Nice breakfast easy walk everyone around town.

Cons:

All good -not a western style decor, still great tp South American standards.

Good place to stay, friendly, comfortable, warm room
Pros:

Hotel Tika was everything we needed, Berta our host was super friendly and helpful, room was warm with a heater and heaps of blankets (we had to remove some) shower hot and good pressure. Easy walk everywhere around town-just altitude makes breathing hard at times. Expect South American quality, maybe this hotel is not brand new but comfortable, good value and we had a great stay.

All good-think we were the only guests some nights!

A lovely stay in a friendly hotel. We would return.
Pros:

Very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast. Radiator provided in room for extra warm if necessary and hairdryer provided
They kept our bags for us while we went to Isla Taquile for three nights

Great place to stay.
Pros:

The owner was very kind and friendly with us all the time.
We arrived quite early in the morning and she let us enter the hotel and wait there which was a great gesture of her.
The location is close to the main square.
The room is nice and the beds are comfortable.
Breakfast has many healthy options.
