Nothing serious to complain about
Pros:

The room was very clean, and WiFi worked very well. The sheets were warm and the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It's quite an old building, so it doesn't exactly look cozy, but it's alright. The curtain was broken so in the morning the room was full of light since I couldn't cover the window.

剛到Puno時身體不適，上吐下瀉，感謝屋主快速安排入住和半日遊行程。 旅館離市中心有段距離，但也因此很安靜，可以好好休息。提供的早餐很好吃，讓身體虛弱的我們補充了體力，很感謝屋主的照顧！

Pros:

Die Lage, die freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Im Zimmer gibt es eine mobile Heizung, es ist viel Wert für die kalten Nächste. Man kann hier auch Tour nach Insel Orus buchen.

Cons:

Nichts. Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre perfekt.

All Good at Tika Hotel
Pros:

Good location, good wifi, good breakfast, good price, and plenty of hot water in a clean room! There was a heater in my room so I was comfortable. Bertha runs the place and she is very friendly and helpful!

La person que atén a l’hotel (Berta) va ser molt atenta en tot moment. Hotel net i ben situat en un carrer tranquil.

Excelente Bertha, nos ayudó con las dudas que teníamos y siempre nos preguntaba si necesitábamos algo, un 10. El desayuno muy bueno, te preparaban en el momento parte de la comida, se podía repetir cafe / infusión

A lo mejor que no estaba en el centro, pero casi mejor, así era más tranquilo

Pros:

Chambre très bien pour 2 ou 3 nuits, avec de l’eau chaude et tout le nécessaire de toilette (gel douche, shampoing).

La dame qui tient l’hôtel parle français, un vrai plus ! Possibilité également de faire laver son linge pour 9 soles/kg. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce service.

Bon petit déjeuner.

It was a pleasant stay!!

The owner is super nice. She was sweet and helpful on any request we had. Laundry service was very efficient. Excellent location. Breakfast simple but very good.
