Overall this property was amazing! Be aware it is a 14 or so minute walk from beach BUT, not suitable to do in the dark as there is no lights at all and it’s a busy road with no pavement. Local taxis will not bring you back from Tigaki if you are out for night as to short a distance.

Hotel is lovely and the rooms were clean and tidy. A few ants but that can’t always be helped. The hotel is a bit outwith the resort and if you struggle with walking then maybe not for you. Taxis are few and far between and are expensive €8 for a quick mile or so into the resort and to walk back in the dark could be dangerous due to the lack of pavements and the darkness. A shuttle bus would be perfect maybe a few times a day from the hotel. Also, maybe some evening entertainment or a kid’s entertainment team for a hotel this size would be perfect. There is a smell in the bar area that is so overpowering you struggle to sit inside. Like sick or strong cheese so be aware. Staff are all so nice and work really hard. I would definitely return if a few changes were made as suggested.

Perfetta la nostra collocazione allo stesso piano del piano bar vicino ad ascensore e alla reception e ristorante. Posizione consigliata altre camere ed appartamenti sono più distanti dalla zona centrale.
Ottimo funzionamento dell'aria condizionata indispensabile.
Ricca colazione prevalentemente salata con poca attenzione al gusto italiano.
Cena a buffet molto ricca e di qualità con bevande a pagamento ma molto varia.
Camere sempre pulite e quotidianamente riordinate eccetto la domenica con sostituzione giornaliera degli asciugamani.
Disponibilità di noleggio auto bici e scooter.
Cosa strana la cassaforte disponibile solo a pagamento. Supermarket accanto all'Hotel.
Mare a 10 minuti a piedi con spiaggia lunga 10 km prevalentemente free poco frequentata. Vicino al paese Tingaki 20 minuti a piedi con buona vita serale e negozi di tutti i tipi.
Kos città a 9 km con buona vita notturna e tanti battelli in partenza per le varie e caratteristiche escursioni da cui è possibile avvistare facilmente i delfini.
Posizione strategica per visitare l'isola.

just needs a bit of up dating, although we asked for a room near to the main hotel this was not the room given to us and we had to change after one day

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Das Personal ist sehr lieb und höflich.
Allerdings könnten die Zimmer entsprechend der Außenanlagen auf den neusten Stand gebracht werden. Von außen sah alles tip top aus, die Zimmer hingehen können neue Möbel vertragen. Apropos Möbel, das Bett war eine absolute Katastrophe. Es war so hart, dass mir das liegen weh getan hat und ich Krämpfe in der Hüfte bekommen habe. Ich bin 35 Jahre alt, sowas kenne ich nicht.
Alles andere empfehle ich sehr.
