Clean and spacious. Nice size room.

I arrived at 2 pm. Check in was noted as 3. The place was empty and quiet. The man said he would have to check with house keeping to see if my room was available and it should only be a few minutes and he would call. I said we could wait in the lobby. He responded by telling me there would be a $25 early Check in fee. I said no thank you and we would return. When we checked in at 3 I told him I felt like he tried to take advantage of us. He said oh no, I left too quickly. He was going to work it out. It all seemed very shady. I have never been charged an early check in fee. Either the room is ready or not, and that is fine but to want to charge me so close to check in time seemed so odd. Never has that happened to me before.

Stay was to sleep from a lot of traffic and accidentss

Great location, but the room was dirty, outdated, poorly stocked, and extremely uncomfortable for a group stay.

I booked the room for six people, so we had to use the pullout couch. It was stained and extremely uncomfortable—hard as a rock. They only provided one flat sheet and a very thin blanket, with no extra pillows.

I went to the front desk to ask for additional bedding and pillows since two kids were sharing the couch. They gave me extra sheets and blankets, but told me the eight thin pillows on the two queen beds were “more than enough.” Because of that, two of us had to give up a pillow, which made it hard to sleep. Most adults need at least two pillows—especially when they’re that thin.
