Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed our first visit to Bowling Green. I would definitely book again.
Pros:

My daughter loves the breakfast. The management was very accommodating. The refrigerator was frozen in the room. They replaced it quickly.

Cons:

The bedding was covered in hair and there were dirty spots on the sheets. It looked like a spill of some sort. It was on both beds.

One night stay. Greeting on arrival in the early evening was great. Great location.
Pros:

Very convenient to highway and restaurants. Clean.

Cons:

Shower water pressure was weak and tub did not drain well while showering. Needs work.

The young man at the front desk had a fantastic attitude

Cons:

Hair behind the bed, some stains on the sofa, I wiped off some. Electrical outlet and light not working on one side of the bed.

Pros:

First the location is excellent, right off the interstate with a variety of places to eat and shop. Check in was easy, with the person checking us in being friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Ii enjoyed the extended breakfast hot so we didn't have to rush to wake up and be in the middle of a crowd for breakfast. Breakfast offerings were varied and the food was hot and good. I will stay here again next time I travel to Bowling Green

Lots of amenities around
Pros:

The front desk staff were courteous and professional. Made the check in and out process easy. The location was great, as far as local amenities. Plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from. Easy access to the expressway. This location has an indoor pool and 2 outdoor sections for seating.

Cons:

The hotel room could have been cleaned better. The shower needs to be power washed or just replaced. The walls are thin, you can hear a lot. The complimentary breakfast was average.

HD two rooms 1 room was good and clean, other room was not so good. Carpet was torn and tack strips were visible and sharp my husband had to hit them down. Room smelled like dog.
