Weight room good. Kay at desk wonderful. Manager came back after long shift to help with laundry machine. Best breakfast on trip.
Check in - Staff had posted a sign to call if anything was needed. I called the number only to hear a phone ring behind me. I turned around and he was in the corner sleeping. WOW, then it took almost 30 minutes to check in to the hotel. Staff said they could "see" our reservation but could not "get" to it. After calls and typing for 20 minutes, he was finally able to check us in.
Room - Okay, nothing special, very dark interior finishings. Sheet was balling and very rough. Towels were old and very rough. Entrance light to room flashed repeatedly whenever turned on.
Breakfast - Just wanted a coffee. Same staff member as check in was there and he had no idea how to get the coffee to work. It only gave hot water and he was very puzzled as to what to do. I finally just left without my coffee.
This was a basic hotel. We arrived at 1am and were gone by 7am so I guess it served its purpose. But that check in fiasco was a mess. When we left, again same staff, the only words he said were "Do you want a receipt". That's it, not a word more.

The breakfast was decent but not great.
The room was somewhat dingey, couch had large tear on the arm, torn carpet, spots on the ceiling. For almost $300 a night, I expected much better quality.

Bathroom had a smell coming from drain. Not enough towels for a handicap person in a wheel chair.

My daughter loves the breakfast. The management was very accommodating. The refrigerator was frozen in the room. They replaced it quickly.
The bedding was covered in hair and there were dirty spots on the sheets. It looked like a spill of some sort. It was on both beds.
Very convenient to highway and restaurants. Clean.
Shower water pressure was weak and tub did not drain well while showering. Needs work.
