What I liked about the property was that is was very nice and clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. What i greatly appreciate is that we arrived very late after hours and they allowed us in the property. They had sent us an email informing us that the latest ck in was 12 midnight and i felt like we were not going to be allowed in. After a few messages they agreed. Once we arrived i believe we were met by the owner or manager of the property and he made sure he informed us to check in the morning. Again, in the morning my husband ran into this person and once again he told him to ck in. I felt like we were being stalked for the check in. That part i didnt like. It would be nice for the price of the rooms the breakfast would be included, which was not. When i reserved thru expedia I had choosen a room for 5 but once i put in the CC info it reserved for 2 and when we were at the property the manager or owner I belived charged us a bit HIGH but since we had no option or choice to go to another facility we paid the price. This I dodnt appreciate or like.
This place is very clean and staff is always very careful. We checked in as a family of four. Rooms are clean, everything works. We like how private the place feels. and it is very safe for family and children. we will definitely come back again.

It is a beautiful place with a large clear, green area in the woods with pathways which are very well maintained. You feel close to nature, very quiet and peaceful away from city noise. The room was clean and spacious, and the restaurant first class in food and service. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Coban, Guatemala. From here my family and I were able to visit the beautiful natural wonder of Semuc Champey which is two hours away and be back on the same day.
This hotel was amazing. It is una quite place with beautiful scenery and rooms are comfortable. Enjoyed quiet time with friends.
