Nos fue muy bien en general. El staff es muy amable. La zona húmeda excelente.
Deben mejorar el servicio de comida. El desayuno es muy caro y no hay muchas opciones.

Pros:

It was a great trip.The people that work at the hotel where very nice. The only issue we had was that the next door room, their shower made an intense noise. The hotel personal where not aware of it. Hopefully they can figure it out. We where in room 204.

Como siempre este hotel es una garantía.
La profesionalidad y hospitalidad del personal son una característica de este hotel, además de la limpieza y los servicios que ofrece la estructura, que también se encuentra en una excelente ubicación en Villa de Leyva; solo se necesitan unos minutos a pie para llegar a la Plaza Mayor.

I won’t recommend this place, jacuzzi didn’t work, shower have any problems tv didn’t work and internet works on and off, same person in reception is the one that clean rooms and serve

Buona struttura coloniale in zona tranquilla vicino al centro raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti ma non a 500 metri come pubblicizzato su Hotels.com Buona la colazione ed ottimo il caffè disponibile gratuitamente tutto il giorno. Consigliabile

Nos parece muy inconveniente el tener que escoger una hora fija para desayunar en lugar de tener un rango de tiempo.
El lavamanos de mi habitación tenía un escape de agua y aun cuando se les comunico, no tomaron medidas al respecto.
El ultimo día de hospedaje se fue el agua y no prestaron la atención necesaria, encontrándose mi hija enferma.
Poco compromiso y amabilidad por parte del administrador y los empleados.
La calle donde esta ubicado el hotel tiene mucho tráfico, es demasiado ruidosa.

Pros:

Very nice room. Clean and good size. The staff was very helpful. Convenient location that is a short walk away from the main square of the town and from the local activities. Having free parking is a great advantage versus the hotels located in the touristic area.
The only slight negative is that it is located along a very busy street, so there is significant noise from cars and specially from motorcycles.
