Excelente ubicación y atención, pero con aspectos por mejorar
Pros:

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue en general buena. La ubicación me pareció excelente, a unas cinco cuadras de la plaza, y contar con parqueadero privado para los huéspedes es un punto muy favorable. El personal fue siempre muy atento y amable, y en general el hotel me gustó.

Cons:

hubo algunos aspectos que afectaron bastante nuestra estadía. La cama hacía ruido y, sobre todo, el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones es un punto que deberían mejorar. Se escuchaban con mucha claridad los ruidos de las habitaciones cercanas: conversaciones, puertas, cajones e incluso otros huéspedes jugando parques hasta aproximadamente las 2:00 a. m., lo que dificultó bastante el descanso.

Otro aspecto que nos decepcionó fue el horario para solicitar la activación del jacuzzi de la habitación. Solo era posible pedir que lo activaran hasta las 11:00 p. m. y, como las dos noches llegamos después de esa hora debido a las actividades que teníamos durante el día, finalmente no pudimos utilizarlo. Precisamente habíamos elegido una habitación con jacuzzi pensando en poder relajarnos al regresar después de un día de actividades, por lo que esta restricción hizo que no pudiéramos disfrutar de uno de los servicios que más nos interesaba.

Gut aber Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten!
Pros:

Die Lage war leicht ausserhalb des Zentrums, in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Es gab eine Ladestation für unser Elektroauto, die Kabel und Adapter für 110 V muss man selber dabei haben. Leider ist die Ladung sehr langsam (mehr als 12 Stunden für eine 50% Ladung, BYD Yuan Up). Pauschalpreis. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und gut eingerichtet. Leider fehlten Stühle und ein kleiner Schreibtisch. Der SPA-Bereich ist klein, das Türkische Bad hat sehr gut funktioniert, das Schwimmbad nicht zum schwimmen, sondern mehr zum entspannen. Leider war der Whirlpool fortlaufend besetzt - es gab keine Rotation. Die Personen im Whirlpool haben Bier getrunken, etwas, das für mich in einem SPA-Bereich nicht erlaubt sein sollte. Beim Frühstück gab es auf der Menükarte eine eingeschränkte Auswahl für Personen, die über Booking gebucht haben. Auch das habe ich noch nie gesehen... Es gab an der Reception eine Kaffee und Tee-Station, ebenso eine kleine Snackauswahl mit selbständiger Barzahlung, was mir sehr gefallen hat. Freundliches Personal.

Keine Stühle und kein Schreibtisch im Zimmer, ausgesprochen langsame Elektroladestation, SPA-Bereich unorganisiert und mit alkoholischem Getränkeangebot im Whirlpool, verschiedene Frühstücksoptionen für Gäste.
