Чисто, средено, пространи соби, одлична храна и пијалоци, игротека за деца со тоалет и подно греење, преубаво релаксирачко лоби, бар, големи тераси, двор, паркинг и можеби најголемата позитивност се најљубезниот персонал што некогаш сум го сретнала, насмеани, услужливи, срдечни.
Чувајте ги овие млади кои ви работата, злато вредат.

Cons:

Единственото нешто што го расипува целосниот одличен впечаток е внатрешниот базен.
Водата е ладна и воопшто не е пригодна за деца, всушност не е пријатна ни за возрасните а не па за деца.
Кога реагиравме ни беше кажано дека има технички проблем без да знаат кога ќе биде саниран.Мислам дека за секој кој е дојден на 3-4 дена во зима токму поради спа содржините, хотел од овој ранг не смее да си дозволи два дена да неможе да санира проблем.

Мы отдыхали с детьми 5 и 3 года в начале ноября. Погода была чудесной!
Хороший отель в красивом месте. Доброжелательный персонал на ресепции и в ресторане.
Завтрак - шведский стол, достаточное разнообразие для 3х дней. Можно с собой взять еду (мы брали для детей) - они предлагали контейнеры, без вопросов.
Ужинали 2 раза в отеле, все вкусно, есть скидка 20% от отеля, но готовят долго.
Небольшой спа, но кроме нас, была еще одна семья. Массаж и пилинг (около 4500 ) не стоит своих денег.
На улице у отеля классная площадка для детей.
До главной пешеходной улицы и парка 5-10 минут пешком

Cons:

- Детский центр находится рядом с лобби-баром, в котором все курят, это ужасно. Дети бегают туда-сюда и дышат этим дымом. Подумайте о другом расположении центра
- В понедельник и вторник не было шведского стола и приходилось делать заказ со слов официанта и ждать омлет/яичницу 20 минут, блины быстрее.,Как вариант сделать меню для завтраков
