Séjour très agréable à Sie Casa pour découvrir ce village atypique de Villa de Veyla
Pros:

Charmant hôtel à 2 pas de la place central, localisation exceptionnelle, et grande amabilité du personnel notamment de Roberto qui m’a conduit gentillement jusqu’au parking de l’hôtel et Julian à la réception .

Mi estancia en el hotel SIE en Villa de Leyva fue una experiencia muy satisfactoria. Las instalaciones, la atención del personal y el ambiente del lugar cumplieron plenamente con mis expectativas. Todo me gustó: desde la comodidad de las habitaciones hasta la tranquilidad y el servicio recibido, lo que hizo de mi visita una experiencia agradable y memorable. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaría y al que regresaría.

Pros:

El lugar es excelente, muy buena ubicación, es limpio y las habitaciones son muy cómodas, todo es igual a la foto. Hay café y agua a libre servicio.

Los desayunos son muy buenos y contundentes.

Cons:

RUIDO: Fuimos a descasar a este hotel, llegamos a las 2:30 pm, queríamos descansar de un viaje muy agotador pero toda la tarde hicieron trabajaos de construcción, fue imposible conciliar el sueño.

Después de hablar con la persona de recepción, muy amable dijo que iba a hablar con las personas que estaban trabajando. Aún así, no pudimos dormir y los ruidos pararon a las 6 pm.

Al otro día a las 7:15 am, empezaron de nuevo el los trabajos, en momentos se sentía encima nuestro como alguien bajaba una escalera, era imposible conciliar el sueño escuchando taladros, martillazos etc.

Si yo fuera administrador del hotel, no hubiera arrendado esta habitación porque para mí lo más importante es el descanso, si no puedes descansar, no tiene sentido.

Esa situación opaca todo lo espectacular que pudo ser la instancia.

Pros:

El lugar está a una cuadra de la plaza principal, cercano a restaurantes y el museo del chocolate. Está súper ordenado, se ve como cuidan los detalles, limpio y agradable.

El personal desde el momento previo a tu llegada es muy atento todo el tiempo.

El cuarto fue excelente, un lugar para volver sin duda alguna

Sehr zentral, viel los in der Gegend. Hotel hat eine schöne Terrasse für das Frühstück. Es gibt leckeres Frühstück (inklusive) und auch abends a la carte. Es gibt umsonst Wasser / Tee.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und sehr heiß, evtl wäre eine Klimaanlage besser, als ein Ventilator im Dachgeschoss. Auserdem habe ich einen Föhn vermisst, das wäre noch super.

Un endroit merveilleux dans un petit village non moins merveilleux

L’emplacement, le personnel super sympa et prêt à te rendre ton séjour agréable. Un petit déjeuner magnifique et des chambres simples mais confortables et très propres. Un parking à disposition et un resto fort sympathique.

Staying here was great! The staff was friendly and Julian was ready to answer all of my many questions. My room was lovely with cozy decor and it was very clean. The hotel is a quaint colonial style place with lovely terraces and sitting areas. The breakfasts and restaurant had great options. And we were super close to the Plaza and all the shopping streets. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back anytime I am in Villa de Leyva.
