Un jardin divin au sein de la ville de Coban dans une des 5 demeures coloniales existantes
Pros:

Le propriétaire aime les fleurs et son jardin est ravissant. Il a également une collection d’objets en fer forgé qui amènent une âme à l’établissement.

Cons:

J’ai trouvé le matelas inconfortable mais ma fille ça ne l’a pas gênée. Notre chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre et la salle de bain est un peu vieux jeu.

Pros:

Caratteristica casa con patio, molto ben tenuta e bel giardino. Accurata nei particolari. Posizione tranquilla, non lontano dal centro e dai ristoranti. Colazione abbondante. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da consigliare sicuramente

Estadía perfecta a un excelente precio y con excelente servicio
Pros:

Eddy que es la persona de mantenimiento y limpieza es super amable y con una excelente actitud. A pesar que tenía mucho que hacer siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar y dar un excelente servicio.

Cons:

El hotel tiene parqueo pero está a una cuadra el hotel, lo que dificulta entrar y salir. Otra cosa es que algunas habitaciones dan a la calle y se escucha el ruido de los carros

Cosy and central stay in Cobán
Pros:

The property has a lovely central courtyard and garden and the rooms are very clean and tidy with facilities that met our needs for a one night stop in town. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was great and very close to Cobán's main plaza. It's important to note that this is a renovated historical property with its original structure, so some rooms do not have windows facing the courtyard but rather the external wall and are quite dark. The staff were very accommodating and changed our room immediately to one with 2 windows overlooking the garden.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind, the accommodation was clean, tidy and met our expectations.

Limpieza y amabilidad al mil!!
Pros:

Limpieza del hotel y trato amable del personal, desayuno a precio económico y sabroso. Pedí lavandería para ropa y la dejaron muy limpia y a buen precio, está cerca de todo . Me encantó el lugar relajante, limpio, bonito. Tiene un hermoso jardín

100% Recomendable. Sin duda el mejor hotel en el que estuvimos durante nuestro recorrido por Guatemala. Una casa preciosa, el jardín muy bien cuidado y con muchísimos pajaritos. Las habitaciones súper amplias, limpias y confortables. El desayuno muy rico. Erwin es un magnífico trabajador del hotel, nos ayudó con el aparcamiento del coche, nos sirvió el desayuno y siempre fue educado, servicial y cercano, buen trabajo!
El dueño fue también un hombre encantador.

Cet hébergement mérite beaucoup plus que d'y passer une nuit de transit. Cette magnifique maison de style colonial dont les quatre galeries quasi monacales entourent un patio fleuri où les colibris viennent butiner est décorée avec goût et offre des chambres vastes et confortables. Il faut s'y arrêter ne serait-ce que pour profiter du calme malgré sa position au cœur de la ville. Le personnel dévoué est presque obséquieux ce qui est fort agréable. Quant à Rudy le propriétaire style vieille noblesse castillane malgré son nom d'origine allemande est la personne à qui je dois beaucoup ayant été gravement malade, il fut présent à chaque instant veillant sur nous avec attention. Merci.
J'ajoute que les petits déjeuners continentaux sont disponibles et excellents.

Cons:

A cette période de l'année, la température est fraîche matin et soir. Mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien.
