It will then rise again to 2.8 feet this afternoon. It will fall to 2.3 feet and then begin rising just after midnight tonight. It will then rise again to 2.5 feet late tonight. Spring Run has flooded with Ridley Creek, Chester Creek, and Darby Creek all rising or in flood. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
