In east central Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In north central Wisconsin, Langlade. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Florence, Forest, Kewaunee, Menominee, Northern Marinette County, Northern Oconto County, Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Marinette County, Southern Oconto County and Waupaca. * WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Radar estimated that 1 to 3 inches of rain has fallen this evening from Marshfield to Mosinee to near Antigo, with lighter rainfall amounts under an inch for the rest of the area. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue into early Saturday morning. Additional rainfall amounts will be scattered, generally under a half inch. Soils are saturated with the recent heavy rainfall, thus flooding is still possible into early Sunday morning. For the Oconto River...including Oconto...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Oconto River above Oconto. * WHEN...Until Monday evening. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Up to a foot of water surrounds structures in a campground in the City of Oconto. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 10.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:00 PM CDT Friday was 10.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.0 feet just after midnight tonight.
