    CUSCO – CACHORA – CAPULIYOC – CHIKISKA

    We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 4:30 am, we will travel approximately 4 hours in our private transportation, arriving at the town of Cachora to have breakfast.

    then continue continuing the trip for 1 more hour to the starting point of the walk, Capuliyoc 2900 meters above sea level.

    We get ready to begin the beautiful descent of 3 to 4 hours through the Apurímac canyon until we reach Chikiska 1883 meters above sea level, where we will have our delicious lunch and the entire afternoon free so you can rest, have dinner and we will spend the night in a lodging house or campsite. .

    Choquequirao Inca Citadel

    On the second day, we will wake up at 4:30 am to get things ready and then have breakfast at 5:30 am and at 5:30 am after breakfast we will start descending 1 hour until we reach Rosalinas beach 1550 meters above sea level, from that point we will start with the 3-hour ascent in siczac to Santa Rosa Baja and 2095 meters above sea level, then we continue our walk ascending for 3 hours to Marampata 2900 meters above sea level, a small town with beautiful views where we will spend the second night in some cabins overlooking the Apurimac canyon, after a delicious lunch. We will get ready to enjoy Choquequirao, the last refuge of the Incas, from Marampata the walk is much easier, undulating for 2 hours until we reach the Archaeological Complex of Choquequirao 3100 meters above sea level, a good time to enjoy that majestic place. Where we can see houses, terraces, squares, llamas on terraces and others, we will have approximately 4 hours to enjoy the place.

    Choquequirao Inca Citadel

    Choquequirao is considered the cradle of gold and is also the last Inca city of Spanish resistance, it is still under excavation, only 30% has been discovered so far, the rest remains a mystery and covered in bushes, since it is 4 times larger that Machupicchu Our guides will explain the history and importance of the site. Then we will return to Marampata where we will spend the night.

    MARAMPATA – CHIKISKA

    Marampata- Choquequirao

    After a good breakfast, we leave Marampata and descend back to Rosalina Beach for 4 hours. From that point we begin the 1-hour ascent walk to Chikiska where we will have lunch and spend the night.

    CHIKISKA - COCAMASANA – CAPULIYOC - CUSCO

    We will begin very early in the morning after breakfast (5:00 am) we continue our ascent path from Cocamasana to Capuliyoc. This day we avoid the worst of the heat in the canyon. The walk is 4 hours. Along the way we will be able to appreciate again the majestic pádreyoc snow-capped mountain that decorates the Apurímac Canyon. Once we arrive at the Capuliyoc viewpoint we will say goodbye to the majestic views. Our transportation will be there waiting for us and then we will go to the town of Cachora where we will have lunch and then 4 hours back to Cusco
