Pick up is arranged directly from your hotel in Cusco. If you are staying outside the city center, a nearby meeting point will be coordinated. During the transfer to Ollantaytambo.
Early in the morning, you will be picked up directly from your hotel in Cusco. If your accommodation is outside the city center, a convenient meeting point will be arranged. During the transfer to Ollantaytambo, enjoy stunning Andean landscapes and the Urubamba River while your guide provides an overview of the tour and useful tips for visiting Machu Picchu.
You will then board the train to Aguas Calientes, a scenic journey of about 1 hour and 45 minutes through mountains, rivers, and agricultural terraces. Upon arrival, you will have free time for breakfast and to prepare before taking the bus up to the Machu Picchu Historic Sanctuary.
The guided tour of Machu Picchu lasts approximately 2 hours, covering key sites such as the Main Plaza, urban sector, Circular Tower, Intihuatana, and Inca Cemetery, providing insight into its history, architecture, and spiritual significance.
