Pickups are preferably made in the center and nearby areas. Our coordination team will contact you to indicate the pick-up time. Our transfer will pick you up with the agency's clothing, which is a blue helmet and cap with the logo of a world.
The meeting point will be at the Plaza de Armas pool, our guide will be wearing a blue cap and jacket with the name of our company.
After our pick-up at the main square, our tour begins in Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun). You will enjoy a guided tour of approximately 45 minutes to explore this important religious site. You will admire the fusion of Inca and Spanish colonial architecture while learning about the history and cultural importance of this place. After the visit, we will head towards our next stop on mobility.
After approximately 20 minutes in the vehicle, we will arrive at Saqsayhuamán, an impressive Inca fortress. Here, you will enjoy a guided tour to marvel at the enormous carved stones and imposing walls that make up this archaeological site. You will learn about Inca construction techniques and the historical and ceremonial importance of Saqsayhuamán.
We will continue our journey towards Qenqo, a ritual center located on a rocky outcrop. You will feel the mysticism of the place as you explore the underground chambers and altars carved into the rock. You will learn about Inca rituals and the worldview that was manifested in this sacred site.
After 15 minutes in the vehicle, we will arrive at Puca Pucara, a military fortress. Here you will have the opportunity to explore this red construction and learn about its defensive and strategic function during the Inca Empire.
Our last visit will be to Tambomachay, known as the Baño del Inca. This site was used for ceremonies and water worship. You will appreciate the impressive stone fountains and canals that demonstrate the advanced hydraulic engineering of the Incas. Later we will return from our journey, we will take the transportation back to Cusco.
