Your exciting adventure begins early in the morning with pick-up at your hotel in Cusco at approximately 4:30 am. From there, a comfortable shuttle will take you to Soraypampa, the starting point of the trek, passing through the picturesque Limatambo Valley.

2Humantay Lake
From Soraypampa, you will embark on a hike of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to the majestic Humantay Lagoon. As you ascend, you will witness breathtaking mountain scenery and panoramic views of the snow-capped Salkantay. Although challenging, the hike is accessible to most fitness levels, with experienced guides supporting you throughout. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Humantay Lagoon, surrounded by majestic snow-capped peaks. You will have time to rest, take pictures and absorb the serenity of the place. The guides will share the history and cultural significance of the lagoon, enriching your experience.
