  Cairo Citadel

  visit the Citadel of Saladin and Mohammed Ali Alabaster Mosque built in Turkish style, very similar to the Blue Mosque in Turkey. The Mosque was designed by the architect Youssef Boushnaq, a Turkish man who came especially from Istanbul and built this great mosque for Mohamed Ali, the founder of modern Egypt, who ruled Egypt and his family after him from 1805 till 1952.

  Mosque of Muhammad Ali

  visit the Citadel of Saladin and Mohammed Ali Alabaster Mosque built in Turkish style, very similar to the Blue Mosque in Turkey.   take a walk in Khan el Khalili then end your tour in Feshawy Café – in Khan el Khalili where you can see local Egyptians meet by night time to chat and laugh. This is one the most famous cafés in all Egypt. Here everything around you would take you back to old times, giving you a break from noise of the city.
