Hands-on Ceviche
Peruvian Ceviche, we will mix fresh fish and ingredients like lime juice, sweet potato, corn, coriander and others. 100% participatory.
Lomo Saltado Cooking Experience
Each participant will prepare their own Lomo Saltado. The meat and vegetables are sautéed in a wok, then served with rice and fries cooked by our team
Passion fruit Cocktail
We will enjoy Peru’s emblematic liquor, Pisco, as we craft a refreshing summer drink, Chilcano de maracuyá, a passion fruit pisco cocktail.
