Day 1
Cusco - Santa teresa - Hidroelectrica - Aguas calientes

At 6:30 am we will board our vehicle and receive a briefing to leave Cusco. The tour will begin with a scenic drive to Ollantaytambo. During the journey, we will enjoy beautiful landscapes and take a 25-minute break. Then, we will continue to the highest part, “Abra Málaga”, at 4,316 meters, at the foot of the Verónica snow-capped mountain. From there, the trip continues with a descent towards the jungle edge, passing through various microclimates. We will continue to the town of Santa María and Santa Teresa, known for its Cocalmayo thermal baths and production of coffee and coca leaves. Finally, we will arrive at Hidroeléctrica for lunch. Then, we will begin a 3-hour walk along the railway, following the Vilcanota River and the Waynapicchu Mountain, until we reach Aguas Calientes, where we will settle into the assigned lodgings and enjoy dinner with the guide, who will review the itinerary for the visit to Machu Picchu the next day.

Day 2
Aguas calientes - Machu Picchu - Aguas calientes

Machu Picchu
In the morning, at approximately 4:30 am, we will get up to begin our adventure from a height of 2200 meters above sea level, we will begin our ascent towards the citadel of Machu Picchu at 2400 meters above sea level, this is a 01 hour 30 minute walk (approx.) Along a zigzag path through the beautiful jungle eyebrow or you have the option to go to the citadel by bus (not included) We will meet the guide at 06:00 am at the main entrance of Machu Picchu, our guide will start at 06:30 am. Here you will have a guided tour for 2 hours on the chosen circuit. Then you will have free time to stay in Machu Picchu. At 1:00 pm you will return to the town of Aguas Calientes walking for 1 hour, on the way you can visit the Machu Picchu Museum, butterfly museum or go to the hot springs in Aguas, you will spend the second night in the same accommodation.

Aguas calientes - Hidroelectrica - Cusco

You must leave the Town of Aguas Calientes at approximately 10:30 AM in the direction of the Hydroelectric bus station. If you left Aguas Calientes at the recommended time, you will have time to purchase a lunch at Hidroeléctrica (Optional). Our mobilities will be waiting for you from 2:20 p.m. - 2:50 p.m., we will be able to board the minibus in the direction of the city of Cusco, arrival time around 9:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. (Point of termination of service: PLAZA DE SAN FRANCISCO).
