Meeting and pickup
Round-trip pickup and drop-off are included for hotels and accommodations located within Cusco city center and nearby areas. Please provide your exact hotel name, address, and an active WhatsApp number or email address upon booking; our team will contact you prior to the tour date to confirm your precise pickup time. If your accommodation is located outside the central pickup zone or on a narrow pedestrian street, we will coordinate in advance to arrange a convenient, accessible meeting point in the city center.
If your accommodation is outside our central pickup zone or on a restricted street, we will arrange pickup at a central meeting point such as Plaza Regocijo or Plaza San Francisco. Both spots are extremely easy to find and located just steps away from the main Plaza de Armas.
What to expect
Safety Briefing & Gearing Up (15 min): Arrive at your adventure base at Mirador de Racchi. certified bilingual guides will fit you with top-tier Petzl helmets, harnesses, and gloves, followed by a complete safety rundown.
The Zipline & Bridge Circuit (~1.5 hours): Launch into 4 varied zipline lines spanning hundreds of meters across the valley. Try different positions (standard, upside down, and Superman) and conquer the suspension bridge while your crew takes high-angle photos of your adventure.
Drop-off (45 min): Relax on the ride back to your hotel or continue seamlessly to traditional tours in Maras, Moray, or Ollantaytambo.
