Communication may be available in English, Portuguese, or Spanish, subject to chauffeur availability.
Each reservation is private and covers one-way transportation only, allowing your group to travel without shared-ride stops or unnecessary detours.

Meeting and pickup
Boston Logan Airport pickups: We track your arriving flight. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the designated Limo Pickup Area listed in your confirmation instructions. Your chauffeur will meet you there with the lead traveler’s last name on a sign.
Hotel and residential pickups: Meet your chauffeur at the main entrance or designated vehicle pickup area at the scheduled pickup time. Pickup is available from locations within five miles of Boston Logan International Airport.
Complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes for domestic airport arrivals and 60 minutes for international airport arrivals, beginning at the flight’s actual gate-arrival time. Hotel and residential pickups include a 15-minute grace period beginning at the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting charges may apply.
Drop-off is available at the Woods Hole ferry terminal and at hotels, residences, or approved addresses within a 10-mile radius of Woods Hole. Ferry-terminal drop-off will be at the permitted passenger drop-off area, subject to terminal access rules and traffic restrictions.

Travel time is approximately 90 to 180 minutes, depending on traffic, weather, construction, seasonal Cape Cod congestion, and terminal access conditions. Exact travel time and connection to a specific ferry departure cannot be guaranteed.

- Vehicles are not wheelchair-lift equipped. Foldable wheelchairs, compact mobility devices, and strollers may be accommodated when they fit safely in the selected vehicle’s cargo area. The passenger must be able to transfer into a standard vehicle seat. Please contact the office before booking to confirm equipment dimensions and available luggage space. Infant seats, toddler/convertible seats, and booster seats are not available but travelers may also bring their own child seat at no additional charge. Each child seat occupies one passenger seat and reduces the vehicle’s maximum passenger capacity by one.
