What to expect

This Peruvian cooking class begins with a guided tour of the city’s vibrant market, where you’ll learn about traditional ingredients and taste a variety of breads, cheeses, and exotic local fruits.

Back in the workshop, prepare four Peruvian dishes of your choice under the guidance of a professional chef, with two options for cocktails and main dishes and vegetarian recipes available. Enjoy complimentary water and non-alcoholic drinks during the session.

At the end, receive a digital cookbook with top Peruvian recipes so you can recreate your favorites at home.
