Machu Picchu
Day 2 Visit the historic Machu Picchu Shrine with our private guide in the morning. After viewing the citadel, we will head to the entrance gate of Huayna Picchu at approximately 8:50 a.m. Enter Huayna Picchu at 9:00 and visit on your own without the guide before returning to the village to take the train back to Cusco. From this city we will make the return to the city of the cusco in the first schedule of the train 2.30 pm to finally reach the city of the cusco 6.30 pm

According to the story, Huayna Picchu was the center of surveillance of the citadel of Machu Picchu as this archaeological complex was threatened by other cultures in the surrounding area by its lands. With the construction of this place, the Incas were alert to any eventuality or attack.
